We all love to eat different varieties of food every day. There are many varieties of food that we can eat and that can soothe our taste buds. As we are aware of the balanced diet intake, we should include healthy food in our list. If not all the time, but at least once a day, we should have food that not only tastes good but also is healthy for our body. Different people like different kinds of food. People have different preferences when it comes to their favorite food.
The food that is my favorite and that soothes my taste buds is Pizza. It is my all-time favorite. It originated in Italy and is an Italian dish. I cannot resist myself when it comes to a pizza. I always have space in my stomach for a pizza. The soft crust of a pizza just goes into my mouth and melts there itself. I am a mad lover of this Italian dish. It is filled with vegetables. So, somehow it comes under the category of healthy food as well.
Even in the lockdown period, when we were not allowed to go out or order much from the restaurants, we tried baking pizzas at home. We almost tried many recipes but also tried to make this dish very often. I even tried to make the base of pizza at home using all-purpose flour and wheat flour as well just to try out using different bases. I should admit that they were delicious. Although, I could not make it more like a restaurant but they were delicious. Baking a pizza and sprinkling oregano and chili flakes all over it gives the best taste in the world.
People say that excess of anything is harmful and if you eat your favorite food all the time, it won’t remain your favorite anymore.
