    A healthy body has important components that help in the body’s functioning. The first and most important factor in one’s physical health. Physical health is the state of being physically healthy and free of illness or disease. When a person maintains high physical fitness, they likely to live a longer life. A balanced diet is the greatest approach to preserve physical well-being.

    Exercise daily is the next vital component. To assist the body in maintaining its physical health, one must never forget to exercise, even if just for 10 minutes. It is not advised to consume junk food regularly. It is harmful to one’s health to consume alcohol or smoke. Finally, make an effort to get enough sleep.

    The next component of health is mental health, often known as mental well-being. A person’s emotional and behavioral responses to events are influenced by their mental health. Staying optimistic and meditation are the two most effective ways to preserve mental wellness.

    A healthy body indicates a healthy mind, but an ill body limits one’s capacity to thrive and excel in life. However, there is a stigma associated with mental health. Being healthy includes mental health, yet most people do not perceive mental illnesses to be a problem. Physical and psychological well-being are equally essential.

    Parents frequently focus solely on their children’s physical requirements. They patch up their children’s wounds and injuries and offer them nourishing meals. However, they frequently fail to recognize their child’s deteriorating mental health. This is because they do not believe that mental health is important. Even among the elderly, it is difficult to discern their psychological well-being. It is owing to a lack of public knowledge.
