Health is a gift of god. We can’t live our lives happily without a healthy life. Staying healthy doesn’t mean to be physically fit, it means we have to be fit both emotionally, mentally and physically. Good health promotes mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being.Many people have to suffer from diseases to allergies and are stuck with a not so good life for their entire life. If people had control over health, then they would make sure that there are no issues with it.Being healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent serious diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body. First off, we have to keep our minds positive. Sometimes negative thoughts and surroundings can viciously impact on your physical and mental health. Good nutrition is often the first line of defense to avoid many diseases. If we want to be healthy we have to give our bodies proper nutrition and vitamins.Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet and eat less carbohydrates, high sodium and unhealthy fat. Avoid eating junk food and sweets. In case, keep a healthy diet and follow it.Exercise is the most effective method to keep ourselves healthy. People we exercise regularly don’t get ill very easily. We should exercise twice a week. It keeps our body strong and healthy and boosts our energy. Have a routine; see to it that you have enough physical activity each day. We should not neglect our health in our lives. We should have some relaxation to be moving forward happily in life.
