The deep engagement with such creative activities allows our mind wholly on the task at hand, reducing the stress and promoting a sense of accomplishment. The process of involving in the art and craft activities helps calm our mind and unleash our stress and tension .

    The immersive nature of these pursuits helps unwinding ourselves, reducing stress and promoting relaxation and calmness.

    Art and craft activities like painting, sculpting etc.are pretty good stress busters and mood enhancers.
