Dancing can be a way to stay in shape for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits, including the following:

The dance can be done for both competitive and social purposes. This can be a great recreational and sports of choice, as anyone of any age can take part in. It doesn’t matter whether it’s cold or raining, as if the dance is usually done indoors.
The equipment required to be dance will depend on the style of dance you choose. For example, tap dancing, accompanied by the acquisition of tap shoes, and ballet require ballet slippers and ballet attire.
