    1] Immerse yourself in nature: Not everyone has a garden, or immediate access to acres of sprawling woodland, but it’s always worth seeking out the green spaces near you

    2] Care for a creature: If you have the space, time, energy and resources for adopting an animal, then it is absolutely worth considering.
