Nessecity of Nutrients
In order to sustain life, we all require food; we are well aware that food is the fuel that provides us with the energy to carry on with everything we do on a regular basis. Food consists of nutrients that get into our body through the complex process of digestion. Nutrients are substances that provide nourishment essential for the maintenance of life and growth.
We intake bites of food and chew them to make it finer with the saliva. Once this paste goes through the esophagus and stomach and gets exposed and reacts with various enzymes it comes down finally to absorbable nutrients. These nutrients, through blood, are passed on to the whole body, which again provides us with the required immunity and energy.
Nutrients are classified into:
1. Carbohydrates: They are sugar and starches found in food such as rice, grains such as wheat, bajra, etc.
2. Protein: It helps in developing the brain and in building muscle. It is generally found in food items such as egg, fish, meat, milk etc.
3. Fats: This nutrient is necessary, but at the same time, excess consumption can lead to obesity. Fats are found in food items such as ghee, butter, oil, cheese, etc.
4. Vitamin: There are various types of vitamins present; they help in immunizing a body, vitamin is found in fruits and vegetables.
5. Minerals: Minerals are complementary to vitamins and are found in water, fruits, and vegetables.
All the nutrients that in in the right amount are very much necessary; deficiency of these nutrients causes various diseases and obstructs a healthy life.

There have been many research and scientific proves that intaking proper nutrients are very much important to every human body. Taking proper nutrients which the body actually requires leads you a healthy life that is, your stress gets reduced, you get strong and active. You feel fresh and no disease can catch your body.
In today’s time, the food which we intake are excess of calories, carbs and fat which is not good for our body.
So instead of going for junk food, maintain the nutrients and healthy diet.
Some of the healthy nutrients that the body needs are:
1) Proteins: Protein is required by the body. Foods you can intake having rich in protein are eggs, milk, paneer etc.
2) Vitamins: Vitamins are required for healthy skin and hair. Foods like citrus fruits, almonds, nuts etc, help to give you glowing skin and healthy growing hair.
3) Good fat: Good fat is also a requirement as it provides strength to the body. Foods like peanut butter, avocados etc. give you the strength to work more.
4)Water: Water is a very important part of life, and it should be taken in a proper amount. 8-10 glasses of water are needed at least a day to stay hydrated. Lack of water in the body gives you weakness.
Consuming such nutrients and avoiding junk food will lead you to a healthy life without any disease or any danger.
