    Let the present age of A be “x” years and B be “y” years.

    A. T. P

    x-5= 3(y-5)…. 1

    x+10= 2(y+10)….. 2

    x-5= 3y-15…. From 1

    x-3y= -10…….3

    x+10= 2y+20……. From 2

    x-2y= 10…. 4

    On solving eq. 3 and 4, we get

    x= 50

    y=20

    Therefore, the present age of A is 50 years and B is 20 years.
