  6^m / 6^-3 = 36

  6^m = 36 × 6^-3

  =6^2 × 6^-3

  If we multiply the numbers, the powers will be added. So

  =6^2-3

  6^m = 6^-1

  The base are equal .so the powers are also equal.

  Compare the powers,

  m = -1
