• Balanced diet:-

A balanced diet is a diet that contains all kinds of foods in balanced proportions. This diet contains Proteins, vitamins, minerals etc. which are required for building the body. For a balanced diet- carbs, Proteins, vitamins, minerals and water are very much important. A balanced diet doesn’t mean to stop the intake of food; rather, it means to take the food in sufficient proportions which is rich in nutrients. A balanced and healthy diet helps the individual to prevent diseases and to stay fitter and healthier.

•Reading a book:-

Reading a book is a very important thing because it helps to gain knowledge and it makes the individual to know what is happening in and around the world. So, the children must study. It helps to build the future. Many of the students don’t show interest towards the studies and negley them as if they don’t care. And if there is no interest for the students to study, they can never be able to understand and secure good marks. Let us now see some of the ways to make the students study.

•Good food and exercise:-

Vitamins and minerals are very important for everyone to be fitter and healthier. It is very important to consume food that is rich in vitamins and minerals. There are many side effects of not consuming vitamins and minerals, like vitamin deficiency. Vitamins and minerals are good sources of energy. Nutrients are very important to consume and have good cause. An individual must prefer nutritious food to junk food. It is very important to eat fruits and vegetables rather than high-calorie food. Many people do not include those fruits and vegetables in their diet. When they do not include the fruits and vegetables it leads to the malnutrition sometimes.
