    “I’m working on a geometry problem involving similar triangles. Given a triangle ABC with side lengths AB = 6 cm, BC = 8 cm, and AC = 10 cm, and a similar triangle XYZ with side lengths XY = 9 cm and YZ = 12 cm, how can I find the length of side XZ?

    Here by drawing 2 triangles ABC and XYZ and looking into the triangle ABC, i conclude that Triangle ABC is a right Angled Triangle because after using Pythagoras Theorum Square of AB + BC is equal to the Square of AC. So Triangle ABC and XYZ are similar Triangle,. Therefore AC= 15cm, By using Pythagoras Theorum.

    Since the triangles ABC and XYZ are similar therefore the ratio of their sides will be equal.

    => AB/AC=XY/XZ

    => 6/10=9/XZ

    => 3/5=9/XZ

    => 1/5=3/XZ

    => XZ=15
