Unity in diversity
India is a land of “unity in diversity”. How you can say that?

According to the geographical area of whole world , India is a country which stands in 7th place in area. India is the 7th largest country in area . But when we consider the population, India stands second just below China. About 138 crore people are residing in India. This large population is the major cause of various diverse cultures in India. In all objectives , Indian culture changes from one place to another. Even in case of food the food culture changes from one place to another . In Northern India, the food maybe vadapav but in south, it changes to idli . Languages too changes Hindi to Maratha , Malayalam to Telugu… etc . The dressing style also changes in North , people may wear turban but in south turban is very rare. In case of religion also India is very vivid . Hindu, Muslim, Christian , Sikh ,Parsi ,Jain etc love together in harmony. This diversity is kept even if the people are in one country but now for political gain religious harmony is often broke. For a strong India , all has to unite together. This unity is known as unity in diversity .
