Water is an inorganic element that is transparent, tasteless, and odorless in nature. Nearly most of the colourless chemical substances, which are the main constituents of Earth’s hydrosphere and fluids of all known living organisms, in which water acts as a solvent, play a very vital role in the survival of a living organism.

Getting enough water every day is important for health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause Your Body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water helps to keep your body at a normal temperature, lubricate your joints, protect your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues, and get rid of waste through urination, defecation, and bowel movement. Your body needs more water when you are in a hot climate and are more physically active, you are suffering from fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. Water helps to enhance your physical appearance as well it help to lose weight, it helps to achieve clear skin, it can control your craving for junk food, bring a very Radiant glow, and make you more active. The most important thing is that 70% to 80% of your body consists of water. If your body doesn’t get water for one day also you will not be able to survive because there are several fluids in your body which are are made only in the presence of water in your body, and those are very important for your survival.

Water is a universal fluid; it is also one of the most important components for sustaining living beings. The chemical formula of water is H2O, which indicates that in a water molecule, there are two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. Our Earth is also known as the blue planet as it consists of 71% of water, but among this, only 0.3% of water is fresh water and can be used for drinking purposes rest is either salty water or frozen in the icecaps.

Our human body consists up to 60% of water, consuming enough water is an essential need for every individual otherwise our kidneys wont function properly and as a result we will not be able to get rid of the waste materials of our bodies which may also lead to many diseases, drinking enough water keeps one fresh and hydrated, being hydrated is also very necessary to lead a healthy life. Drinking water also helps in building concentration, and so it is suggested to drink water continuously in regular intervals to students. Water also helps in the digestion process and provides us with the various minerals present in it.
