A balanced diet means eating adequate amounts of various nutrients like fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. All of these are required in different quantities. All these nutrients are found in different types of food. Children who don’t eat a balanced diet are prone to infections and diseases, and they also have less immunity. People also face difficulties like lack of concentration, weakness, and fatigue.

A balanced diet means consuming an adequate amount of vitamins, minerals, and all the requirements of the body. A balanced diet plays a very crucial role in making the individual fitter and healthier. It is known that, many of the people do not follow the balanced diet and fell sick every time. It is a necessary thing to do for a healthy lifestyle. There are things which people take very easily but which has lots of consequences in the future.

There are some methods for following a balanced diet. These are the following.

1. Healthy and nutritious food:-

It is very important to consume healthy and nutritious food every day. To gain a sufficient amount of nutrients and to be healthy, it is very important to consume nutritious food. Consuming nutritious food helps us to gain sufficient energy. Being healthy prevents us from Many deadly diseases.

2. Exercise:-

Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day helps the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising for 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise.

3. Yoga:-

Yoga relieves the stress and tension we have. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes for yoga is a lot. It relaxes the muscles and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama help to gain strength and to be physically fit.

3. Meditation:-

Meditating for a certain minutes helps to calm the brain and soul. It helps and relieves the stress and the tension we have. It helps us to focus on the things which we are willing to do. It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and mandatory practice that an individual must obtain and follow without any delays.

If an individual follows a diet of healthy and nutritious food, exercise, and yoga, it helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong.
