Public speaking can be considered a learned art. Standing in front of a group of people can be daunting and anxiety inducing. While public speaking, not only your speech material and body language help drive the message home. There are a few measures one can keep in mind to the public and ace your presentation with confidence.
Be prepared and organized for your presentation. Revise your material and make sure you have all the important pointers. Mock practice presentations including at the venue can help boost confidence.
In case of presentations and videos always keep backups at hand.
Try a few breathing exercises before your presentations.

Global Warming is the gradual increase of the earth’s temperature. This rise in temperature disrupts the climatic conditions of the earth. It is mainly caused due to the the greenhouse effect and the emission of harmful greenhouse gasses such as carbon dioxide, deforestation, pollution and the emission of chlorofluorocarbons or CFCs.
Global warming can lead to increased temperatures, melting of ice caps and depletion of the ozone layer. The depletion of the ozone layer can result in exposure to harmful ultraviolet radiations of sunlight. It an also result in the change in weather patterns leading to loss of habitat or worsening of living conditions for flora and fauna.
The release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the
atmosphere is the major cause of global warming. It can be reduced by switching to the use of biofuels and renewable sources of energy, reducing emission of gasses through carpooling of public transport and decreased used of appliances that emit CFCs.Global warming can have drastic effects on the environment and prove hurtful for the future generations. Hence it is necessary to take measures in order to curb its rise to help safeguard the environment.

A leap year occurs once in every four years. The next leap year will occur in 2024. This is due to the reason that the earth takes approximately 365 and 1/4 days to complete a revolution around the sun. Hence, every four years an extra day is added into the month of February, making it a leap year.

Mobile phones have become an integral part of everyday life. From finding the necessary information to keeping in touch with family, all these functions are now performed at the tip of our fingers. However, growing digitalization has raised questions regarding the increased addiction to mobile phones and the honesty of learning when all information is available a click away. Mobile phones have therefore been banned from some schools to the belief that they interrupt the learning process. It is my opinion that this is a necessary step. Mobile phones should not be allowed in schools, especially classrooms as they may distract the children from the lesson in front of them. In case phones are a necessity for the student due to necessary contact with parents, students can be provided with lockers to deposit their devices in during class hours and any emergency messages can be relayed through the management. I believe that it is necessary to keep the electronic devices away from classrooms to help students learn not to rely on their mobiles for everything and learn to trust their own intuition and creativity.
