Artists use this idea called “perspective.” They draw lines that look like they meet far away. Also, things in the distance are lighter and less detailed, like when you see mountains far away. Art has been around for a super long time! Imagine cavemen drawing on walls with pictures of animals. That’s where it started, like a really cool story.
Later on, people from ancient times, like the Egyptians and Greeks, made amazing sculptures and buildings. Then came a special time called the Renaissance, where artists like Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo created awesome paintings and sculptures. They loved showing how amazing people and nature could be.
In the 1800s, there was a group of artists called Impressionists who liked to paint things in a new way, making it look like snapshots. Think of it like taking quick pictures with a camera. Today, art comes in many types! There’s painting and drawing, where you use colors and pencils. People also dance, act in plays, and make beautiful music. Crafts like making pottery and cool designs on clothes are part of art too. Some artists even use computers to create cool digital art. So, art is like a big, colorful adventure where people express themselves in lots of different ways! 🎨✨
