Description

This engaging Arrow Direction Matching Activity helps children develop visual discrimination, direction recognition, and concentration skills. Children observe the arrows and identify the direction each one is pointing. The activity can be completed by pointing to, touching, or naming the arrows, making it an excellent hands-on learning experience for preschool and early elementary learners.

The activity is available in both Color and Black & White versions. The colorful version is ready to use, while the black-and-white version allows children to color the arrows before starting the activity.

Materials Needed

  • Printed worksheet pages
  • Crayons, colored pencils, or markers (for the black-and-white version)
  • Glue or double-sided tape
  • Cardboard (optional for extra durability)

Preparations

  1. Download and print the worksheet pages.
  2. Choose either the Color version or the Black & White version.
  3. If using the Black & White version, allow children to color the arrows before beginning the activity.
  4. For extra durability, paste the worksheet pages onto cardboard before use.
  5. Paste the completed worksheet directly onto a wall or any flat surface using glue or tape.
