Description
A Handful of Oil Seeds is an inspiring moral story about a prince and his wise teacher. Once in Varanasi, a young prince kept taking and eating oil seeds from an old woman. When the woman told the teacher, he disciplined the prince so he would learn not to take what didn’t belong to him. Years later, the prince became a king and remembered the punishment. Although he felt angry, his teacher taught him that discipline was meant to make him a better person, not to hurt him. This story teaches children that correction and guidance help us grow into kind and responsible people, just like tiny seeds can grow into something big and useful.
