Description

This fun color recognition activity encourages children to follow a dotted path using their finger. As they touch each colored dot, they tap the matching colored hand on the same page. It helps children improve color recognition, attention, and hand-eye coordination.

Materials Needed

• Printed activity sheets
• (Optional) Cardboard or thick cardstock for extra durability

Instructions

1. Download and print the activity sheets.
2. (Optional) Paste the sheets onto cardboard or thick cardstock for extra durability.
3. Allow the glue to dry completely if using cardboard.
4. Identify the color of each hand on the worksheet.
5. Start at the beginning of the dotted path and place a finger on the first dot.
6. Move along the path, touching one dot at a time.
7. Each time you touch a colored dot, tap the hand with the matching color.
8. Continue until you reach the end of the path.
