The Word Builder Worksheet is all about activities to learn, build, and write new words. It has three fun tasks to teach your kids new words that they will build themselves.
Each sheet has different topics of words along with colorful images: Food words, Bird words, Clothing Words and many more. There are three steps to master this-
- Identifying – Kids will look at the images in the worksheet and identify the object in it.
- Crafting and Building – Ready for the fun part? With the supervision of an adult, kids have to cut the word combinations that are printed below the pages in two parts. Use a glue stick to attach the correct letter parts in the blank boxes. Dine and dusted!
- Jot it down – Congrats, your kid just built their own word! It’s now time to write the object names on their own.
Such activities of word building, when combined together will improve their vocabulary and knowledge. This will boost their object recognition and learning ability.
