    3. Ocean acidification: Increased levels of CO2 in the atmosphere lead to the absorption of more CO2 by the oceans, causing ocean acidification. This can harm marine life, particularly organisms like corals and shellfish that rely on calcium carbonate to build their shells and skeletons.

    4. Biodiversity loss: Climate change impacts ecosystems and biodiversity. Many species are sensitive to changes in temperature and precipitation patterns, and shifts in these patterns can disrupt their habitats, food sources, and migration patterns. This can lead to the loss of biodiversity and ecological imbalance.

    5. Impacts on human health: Climate change can have adverse effects on human health. Heatwaves can lead to heat-related illnesses and deaths, and changing weather patterns can affect the spread of infectious diseases. Additionally, factors like food and water scarcity resulting from climate change can contribute to malnutrition and other health issues.

    It is important to note that while human activities are the primary cause of current climate change, natural factors also influence the climate. However, the current rate and extent of climate change cannot be explained by natural factors alone, highlighting the significant impact of human activities on the Earth’s climate system.
