  Find the value of the expression when n=-2

  -n^3+5n^2-1

  if n = -2, then we shall put the value of n in the given expression. Putting the value of n, we get

  -(-2)^3 + 5(-2)^2 -1

  = -(-8) + (5*4) – 1

  = 8 + 20 – 1

  = 27

  Therefore, the answer is 27.
