  The decision ultimately depends on a balance of legal considerations, societal norms, and the perceived readiness of younger individuals to participate in the democratic process. The age of Voting is given as 18 because this is seen as the age of adulthood when individuals are considered mature enough to make informed decisions about their country’s leadership. The younger individuals lack the understanding of political issues which plays crucial role in voting. But to provide them voting rights, right education and awareness must be provided. In order to decide we should also take into account, that voting of younger individuals may represent their part in political decisions.
