    Positive thinking can be achieved by different ways, which are proven effective by experience like: positive affirmation, positive imagery, etc.

    Following are list of tips that can help one to achieve positivity in their outlook-

    · Search good in everything

    Having positive outlook towards different things, be it any problem or anything can change the magnitude of difficulties. ‘Whatever happens, happens for good’ should be the first thought in one’s mind before anything else. Start things on positive notes is very important in order to maintain one’s mental peace.

    · Have gratitude

    One must always count on their blessings. We should be gratified for what we have, not criticize about what we don’t. As it is said, Good things take time to happen.

    · Talk to like-minded, positive people

    Talking to negative people at such a time can cause damage. Spend time and talk with people who make you happy, make you feel lively. Talking to such people makes worst things better in moments, and helps overcome the negative thoughts.

    · Positive self-talk

    Talking to yourself is the ultimate way to overcome negativity. Having self-affirmation, thinking about positive things helps a lot. Self-care, self-love should be the priority.

    · Explore humor

    Having fun often is not taxing at all. Spending more time on reading jokes, watching comic series or shows helps feel joyous. It is definitely worth try.

    · Cut yourself from negative areas

    Cutting yourself from places and people who make you feel sad, negative should be first considered to be left aside. Avoiding such places will help you avoid negativity as well.

    · Start your day with positive affirmation

    Always start day with a good positive quote or a positive self-affirmation. Mornings must start with a positive outlook. Try making a schedule, plan events for yourself, meditating early mornings helps clear mind and feel peaceful.

    Staying positive is a very good thing that an individual must obtain. Being positive and thinking positive over the things is not an easy task. For being positive and thinking positive, one must obtain lots and lots of patience.Whenever there is a thing known to us we always go for the wrong impression that is a negative impression. So before concluding anything they must think one or two minutes on what is right and what is wrong.

    There is always a second opinion on whatever the work we do, so it is better to go for a second opinion when we are unable to conclude rather than going for the wrong impression.

    Before concluding the things, we must discuss with our friends or a loss to get the right impression. An individual must look into the situation that’s all the patients and must give his time to know what is right and what is wrong. It is always recommended to discuss our problems and you know the consequences.

    So, it is Better when we reduce our stress and tension levels and start being positive over the things. When we go for the wrong impression or a negative impression it leads to several number of consequences which may not be good .

    So, we must look onto the things with cool and calm mind and then we must come to an conclusion. It is highly recommended to take someone else’s help or suggestion before coming to a conclusion over a particular thing. Whenever we take someone’s suggestion and their opinion it becomes easy for us to come to a conclusion in a positive manner. Being positive towards others and helps our mind to think in a positive manner and to look at the things in a positive manner and for having a good humor.

    It is very important for us to have a positive outlook towards life. It helps us in our growth and development as a person in our professional and personal lifes. If from a very young age people keep a positive outlook they will be able to take up each opportunity as a step for there growth. A positive person surely succeeds in life. Positivity leads to healthy mental health ensuring peace and harmony in life. There are ways in which positivity can be maintained. The prime way is to do yogas and excercise. It helps to relax body and mind and the person starts feeling peaceful. Right now as the present time is very critical it is very important to cut off the strings for the covid news. The charts and death rates are very horrifying and has the ability to tilt the mind towards negative thoughts. Make a routine, follow it and make sure to give time to hobbies, skills develop good habbits because our mind know the difference between what are we doing and what we should be doing. When we do the things which we are supposed to do our positivity and confidence increases. Positivity is also maintained if we take balanced diet containing of all the important vitamins and mineral and all the essential proteins, fats carbohydrates and other components. Staying with our family friends and closed ones and communicating with them about our thoughts. Positivity comes from within and no one around can convince us to think positively. Try and keep yourself motivated and positive. Read, reading helps alot. It helps a person to relive thousands of life in just one life. It pushes the ability of the mind to think more. A good book can create a deep impact on a person’s mind and there way of thinking.
