1. Drink more water. Most of us don’t drink enough water every day, but it is absolutely essential for our body to function properly. If you take your time during meals, and eat more slowly, you give your brain enough time to get a “full” message to your stomach and let go of your eating. Do not rely on a clean plate in order to be able to tell you when it’s time to make to stop to eat.
