When two objects interact, the total momentum before the interaction is equal to the total momentum after the interaction, provided no external forces are involved.

    Momentum is an important concept in various areas of physics, such as mechanics, collisions, and fluid dynamics. It helps describe and analyze the motion and interactions of objects in the physical world.
