It burns the fats in your body and maintains the hormonal balance and also improves ovulation and insulin levels. If you are dealing with PCOS you should exercise twenty to thirty minutes at least 5 days a week.
Yoga helps to relax our bodies. It can maintain hormonal imbalances. It causes balance, strength and flexibility in our bodies. It helps to lose weight and gain strength. Sometimes PCOS can cause depression, and yoga is the most effective way to cure depressions. It also balances the hormones and manages insulin and blood sugar levels.
Stop eating sugar:-
It is a known fact that eating a lot of sugar can increase body weight. And the body is the most common cause of PCOS. The studies show that the people who eat sweets, sweet foods and beverages tend to weigh more. They can gain 1.7pound in less than two months. Sugar can inflame fat cells which increases weight gain.
