    Staying healthy and fit are directly proportional to each other. In order to lead a healthy and fit life we need to focus on some prime practices which will not only make us physically fit but will also provide us with peace of mind. Staying heathy and fit keeps us away from diseases and thus its medications and side effects. A healthy body homes a healthy mind, and a healthy mind boosts the productive thoughts help us to deal life with positivity in a healthy way. But staying healthy and fit requires discipline, one must have a balanced diet, eating less never makes someone healthy and fit whereas eating the right nutritious food in the right quantity does so. A healthy diet must constitute of all the five nutrients as well as water and roughage. Starving is highly not recommended, giving the body the required nutrients is important. In order to stay fit and healthy one must also regularly practice yoga and physical exercise; these enables movement of each and every part of the body and thus ensures its flexibility also ensures growth and increases stamina. Staying away from negative environment and people is another major practice which is encouraged in order to ensure a healthy and fit body.

    Staying healthy physically and mentally is very important. It is important because, it prevents us from many deadly diseases. It is equally important to be physically and mentally fit. There are several methods to be physically fit and mentally strong. Some of the methods include the following :

    1.Healthy and nutritious food:-

    It is very important to consume healthy and nutritious food every day. To gain a sufficient amount of nutrients and and to be healthy it is very important to consume nutritious food. Consuming nutritious food helps us to gain sufficient energy. Being healthy prevents us from Many deadly diseases.

    2. Exercise:-

    Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day help the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise.

    3. Yoga:-

    Yoga relives from the stress and tension we have had. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes time on yoga benefit is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama helps to Gain strength and to be physically fit.

    3. Meditation:-

    Meditating for certain minutes helps to calm the brain and soul. It helps and relieving the stress and the tension we have had. It helps us to focus on the things which we are willing to do. It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and a mandatory practice an individual must obtain and must follow without any delays.

    If an individual follows a diet of healthy and nutritious food, exercise and yoga,it helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong.

    A healthy lifestyle includes a variety of things like having a proper nutritious diet, daily exercise, having a night of adequate sleep, staying happy, and having positive thoughts. When all of these things combine to have a healthy lifestyle, we must know that our lives are on the right path. Leading a healthy life is essential for a person to remain happy in his life and spread positivity among others. A healthy lifestyle is not only about the physical state but also the mental well-being. Keeping the mind fit and healthy is also a part of fitness.

    Once you choose to lead a healthy lifestyle, it remains for a lifetime. It helps in keeping your present as well as your future secure. It helps in keeping diseases away from you. Having a healthy lifestyle is all about choosing the right things for yourself. Everyone cannot be perfect in this, but we can try by starting with a few things like getting up early in the morning, doing some basic exercises like jogging, or getting indulged in some sports or anything. In addition to this, one should also start to follow a balanced diet that includes the proper amount of carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Keeping both of these points in mind, one should also maintain one’s sleep cycle. It is necessary for a person to have sufficient sleep that consists of around 7-8 hours of sleep.

    We should remember having a healthy lifestyle not only means physical health but also include mental health. Having proper sleep, including a balanced diet in your lifestyle, doing some exercises is fine, but being happy is also a big part of a healthy lifestyle. To facilitate happiness, one must have positive thoughts. When a person does not feel happy from the inside, they are not entirely healthy. Thus, thinking positive is a key to a healthy lifestyle.
