Smoking is serious problem in now a days. Smoking is very injurious to our health. Smoking not only effects to our health but also to our environment . Smoking is mostly trending in youths . They start smoking during their teen age but when it become addictive they never realise. If they donot smoke required dose their body start reacting. When we buy any cigarette pckate there is disclaimer written on it “injurious to health” instead of it people buy and also use it.
Effects of smoking:-
1. It very effectively effect to your lungs , liver , heart , kidney and all the vital organs of human body . In severe cases people will suffer from “Emphysema”.
2. Lung cancer is mostly caused by smoking in 90% cases . The alveoli start collapsing . Problem of asthma will also be effective.
3. Smoking also cause air pollution. It also decrease the oxygen level and thus increase the global warming .
4. But you know the person who is standing with the person who is smoking get more injured due to this smoking.
Smoking in public place will severely affect the population . Especially the children and old age person . Government should take initiative and bann smoking in public place and also implement fine if anyone found guilty.
So it should be banned.

Usage of nicotine content and smoking is difficult to stop. Because once you use it the nicotine content made the user to be a addiction for its. If he needs to be stop it by his voluntery willing he can’t be overcome it. Smoking is a process of inhaling and exhaling some chemical contents mainly the content of nicotine. Some of the addictive users use heroine, hashish too. Those are very toxic contents. Not destroys the health fastly, but through the regular use of these chemicals gradually it destroys the internal organs and leads the users to death.
In our country the smoking is prohibited in public platforms. We can see many cautionary boards in the public places like theatre, shopping malls, public transports etc. But the people were not give importance to the messages. While a smoker smokes in a public place he exhale the toxic smoke to the outside. These smoke spread in the air and other people inhale it. So that the toxic enter into the non smokers body. In our country there a huge numbers of smoking people. If we took a ten people there were five or six will be a smoker. So that the toxic contents in the air increases. As a result the chance of getting inhalation is increased. Smoking causes cancer,lung diseases, respiratory problems, etc. These too gets the non smokers too. In our country one of the main reason for increasing number of cancer patients is because of the usage of smoking in public places.

The modern world is full of Evils and smoking is one of them. Smoking is one such drug that attracts people mainly children from the adolescent age group. 30 children come under peer pressure and give in To such malicious activities. These children should be counseled properly and it should be informed about the harmful effects of smoking from an early age so that the chances of them taking up smoking is very less.
Smoking is harmful for our lungs and for the overall health of our body. People who smoke are at a higher risk of various diseases such as cancer asthma covid-19 etc.
People who have already become addicted to it should be counselled properly so that they give up smoking.
The public authorities should ban smoking in public places as this is is a very bad situation. This situation sets a wrong example in front of children and teenagers who are still unaware of the bad effects of smoking. They sometimes perceive people who smoke as cool and try to copy them. The government it should also ban visual in TV serial and Cinemas that contain smoking as this propagate a wrong image.
Smoking should also be banned in public places because of health reasons. Some patient who have medical history of asthma or other lung infections are allergic to such toxic smoke produced by smoking.
Smoking also contributes significantly to air pollution and degrades the quality of air we breathe from the environment.
Thus smoking in public is a very serious issue and immediate ban should be imposed on this activity.
