Each one of us has sometime or the other heard someone advicing not to eat junk food as they are bad for the health. We should always eat healthy food. But what is the difference between junk food and healthy food why is junk food called bad. Have you ever thought about this? As we know that we require balance amount of nutrients in our daily diet. We require some amount of Carbohydrates for energy some amount of fat and also protein for our body building and body repair. Further we also require small quantities of vitamins and minerals added with roughage . The correct amount and proportion of these food nutrients consist the balanced diet.
Secondly we know that excess of anything even if it’s good is bad. Junk food items contain various type of chemical and preservatives. Further they contain an overload of fats and carbohydrates. They also contain a lot of spices and oil. All these things can make us obese. We should avoid junk food like chips pizza burger at all cost. Because various diseases can be caused after consuming junk food. Diabetes obesity are some of the major problems that can be caused due to the excess eating of junk food.
Children should form the habit of eating healthy food since childhood as big Lifestyle changes seldom occur after childhood. The teenage age is very delicate and adolescents tend to indulge in binge eating of junk food which can cause major complication for them in the later life. Therefore it is always advised to avoid junk food as much as possible.

Junk food is very harmful for us. Junk can be defined as eating lots of oily and unhealthy Food . Teenager loves to eat junk as this taste yummy and increases our sensation to eat more and more . Junk also increase our body fat and leads to obesity. We must try to avoid eating junk . Some of the harmful effects of eating junk foods :-
Junk food is non- nutritive diet and only harmful for us . It directly effects on our vital organs like liver and kidneys.
Junk food increases the transfat in our body .
Eating junk regularly will decrease your quality of skin and pimples acne start growing .
Many female reports PCOD AND PCOS that is also cause by eating too much junk . If you eat junk regular than you have to face irregular periods in women , stomach pain , nausea sore throat etc.
Sometimes eating junk become addictive and people are obsessed with it.
It is necessary to check out our diet plan . We must take proper nutritive diet . These help in growth and development of body and also increases the capacity to fight with infections.
We should eat junk occasionally either once or twice in a month but please avoid it eating regularly.
Junk food is very harmful for us .

Most of the times we hear the sentence that is the junk food is bad for health. We see that the junk food is bad but no one says that why is it bad.
Consuming junk food is a very bad habit which an individual must not develop. This is because the junk foods are stored with chemicals in it for preventing spoilage. Many harmful chemicals are used to pack them. Junk foods like chips extra are rich in carbohydrates which is bad when consumed in higher levels.
Many of the teenagers even though educated, they’re not understanding what is right and what is wrong. It is very bad to consume higher amounts of junk food which may lead to several health issues. Some of the health issues are not cure for over lifetime.
There are many of awareness programs which are trying to convey the message that the eating junk food is a bad issue to our health. It is very important to put in practice of not eating the junk food. Once we are prone to diseases it is very hard to get over them and it is very hard to fulfill our dreams. Once we are prone to the deadly diseases, our capital will be lost and our families are depressed. There is a use destruction of the capital and our parents develop more diseases than us because of thinking about us.
The habit of eating the junk food must be kept aside from the childhood. This is because, if you’re habituated to the good lifestyle from the childhood the future will be good and it is very difficult at a certain time to stop eating the junk food once we’re addicted to it. So, it is very important to avoid the junk food even though you’re addicted to it.
