Unemployment in India:-
Unemployment means a situation in which skilled and talented people are finding jobs but don’t get a proper job. Unemployment is a very critical issue not only in India but also in the whole world. There are billions of people out there who do not have proper employment. The problem of unemployment is very significant in India because of the growing population, which increases demand for jobs. If we avoid this problem, then it will become the reason for the destruction of the nation. There are several kinds of unemployment: disguised unemployment, seasonal unemployment, open unemployment, technological unemployment, and structural unemployment. Among all, seasonal unemployment, underemployment, and disguised unemployment are the most common unemployment that are found in India. In our country, India, a large number of the population is unemployed. The major reason for unemployment is’s population and slow economic growth. The situation of employment is so deteriorated that the highly educated people are ready to do jobs as sweepers. The government does not take this matter seriously. If things go on like their current situation, then unemployment will become a vital issue. If we are not able to resolve this issue, many destructive things will happen like, in an economy which as an increase in poverty, an increase in crime rate, exploitation of labor, political instability, mental health issues, and loss of skills. As a result, the whole nation will collapse. The government should take quick action on employment. Various schemes are created as a cause of unemployment, like IRDP (Integrated Rural Development Programme), DPAP (Drought Prone Area Programme), NRY (Nehru Rozgar Yojana), Training for self-Employment, PMIUPEP (Prime Minister’s Integrated Urban Poverty Eradication Program), etc. Besides these schemes, the government should make flexible rules and regulations. India is in a very critical stage of unemployment, but the government now seems to be taking this matter seriously and is working on it.

Unemployment has become one of the biggest problems around the world. When an individual is an implied, he or she will know very less about mankind. It is so difficult to face situations and handle situations when the individual is unemployed. Unemployment leads to many silly mistakes. An unemployed person cannot take over the family and lead the family as well. There is a huge competition in highly populated countries like India. To be employed, the only method is to study hard and improve the skills and score better. The students are not showing a good amount of interest in the studies. Let us now see how to motivate them.
The COVID-19 crisis has made many people unemployed. It has taken away the basic need of living. Many people are left with unfilled stomachs. Some people are dead about by not finding a way to live.
Let us now see some of the ways to motivate the students to study and get employed.
•Make things easier:-
Showing the things easier and explaining them with clarity helps the students to show better interest in the subject and makes them pay more attention to what the teacher is trying to convey. When the topics are shown to be easier for the students, they start learning them, and they feel achieved and they pay more attention to studying. When a student learns a particular topic or a question, he/she feel comfortable and happy about getting it. Once they start reading, they develop an interest in them and they continue to read more and more.
•Tell the importance:-
The students must be motivated with a good number of words to understand the need to study and what happens if they don’t study. A student is like a bird without wings when they don’t study. So, it is very important to motivate students to study and to make them understand the need of the situation. Motivation brings the right change in the students who are not interested in learning. It develops their interest in them to study.
It seems good if the government provides a good number of jobs.
