Importance of Exercise

Exercising is one of the best ways to get better and healthier. It is not such a big thing to think. Spending time exercising is time that can never be regretted. I did such a great thing that one must get used to it. Once the individual gets habituated can never go back.

Exercising for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day helps the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit that everyone needs to make a perfect habit. Exercising for 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes, even in our hectic schedule, on exercise. Yoga relieves the stress and tension we have had. Spending at least 10 to 15 minutes on yoga benefits is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama help to gain strength and to be physically fit.

So, exercising for at least 15 minutes a day helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong. It is the most important thing to which an individual must get habituated.

But taking an appropriate diet is equally important as exercising. Take food items with give you energy, like banana, black coffee, etc, for instant energy. Try to exercise twice a day. Don’t put stress on your body slowly, it will become more flexible. Exercise also helps in increasing your confidence and in enhancing your personality.
Start slow. It is better to do some exercise than do nothing. There are issues that you will feel initially, like pain in the chest, dizziness, swelling in the leg, and pain in the body. As time passes, these things will go side and by being regular, the body won’t feel these symptoms again. Breathing exercises are equally important as the physical exercises, and they should not be ignored at all.
