How can the children be fit during the lockdown?
Lockdown & Kids’ Fitness
Everyone is struggling during this lockdown. There is no way to get out from the home and live the life before the arrival of corona. It is better to stay in the house to break the chains. The arrival of the coronavirus completely changed the life of the entire mankind. We can’t see the beautiful smile of others, can’t sit together in a public place, school, parks, theatre or hotel. Can’t gather more than ten people. This is our new normal. We want to accept it.
Children are very tired and stressed while spending their time in the house, mainly the children who live in the aapartmentsand flats. They don’t have a courtyard or small places to walk. From Monday to Friday, they have online classes and homework, and exams. They are sometimes addicted to the usage of social media. Parents can help their children complete their homework and studies. If the able parents can attend the online classes of their kids and later teach the children. This helps them to have some relaxation. Children can find their talents and skills. This time, they can try to increase the strength of their talent. Do some physical exercises within the house. Try to learn new things about the families of both mother and father. Parents can share stories about their childhood. This helps the children to be more active and this is a boost for the parents to remember their early life.

With everything functioning online, this sudden drastic change of platform has caused huge physical and mental changes in everyone.
One of the groups that are worst hit by this pandemic are the children. The Global Pandemic caused due to the COVID-19 virus has shifted the whole education system to the online platform. Classes which previously were conducted mostly in physical infrastructures are now being conducted in online platforms such as zoom and google meet; But it remains essentially important that children take care of this physical health, sitting all day at home in front of digital devices have already resulted in obesity and problems related to eyesight, at this point of time things children should do are:
ü Eat a healthy, balanced diet that will keep them healthy as well as will make their immune systems strong to fight this pandemic.
ü They should be engaged in regular exercise, which will keep them active and will increase blood circulation
ü They should also practice meditation regularly; this will help them to build concentration and stay focused.
