What is women’s empowerment? Women’s empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.

More and more no. of women are getting a quality education. But the true meaning of women empowerment will be achieved when gender inequality will be eliminated. We need to give equal opportunities to women for equal pay, equal respect as equal to men. We look forward to such a nation.

Women’s empowerment has five components: women’s sense of self-worth; their right to have and to determine choices; their right to have access to opportunities and resources; their right to have power to control their own lives, both within and outside the home; and their ability to influence the direction of social needs.

“I raise up my voice—not so that I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard.” … …

A female is capable of doing everything that a man do and even more than that because the reason behind our existence here is also a female. On this context, I would like to wrap up my speech and hope that one day every woman in the country will be empowered in true means. Thank you!

Physical and chemical processes can be classified by the changes occurring on the molecular level. In general, chemical processes involve changes in chemical bonds, while physical processes involve changes only in intermolecular forces.

A few examples of chemical change are digestion of food, burning of coal, rusting, etc. Generally, physical changes do not involve the production of energy. Chemical changes usually involve the production of energy (which can be in the form of heat, light, sound, etc.) In a physical change, no new substance is formed.

It’s the muscle at the centre of your circulation system. It pumps blood around your body as your heart beats. This blood sends oxygen and nutrients to all parts of your body, and carries away unwanted carbon dioxide and waste products.

The human heart is divided into four chambers. The upper two chambers are called right and left atrium and the lower two chambers are called the right and left ventricles. Right atrium receives carbon dioxide-rich blood from the body. Blood from right atrium enters the right ventricle, which contracts and pumps the blood to the lungs.

Flow of blood in the human heart

On the other hand, oxygen rich blood from the lungs returns to the left atrium. From the left atrium, blood enters left ventricle. Left ventricle contracts and pumps the blood to all parts of the body.

The heart plays the following roles in the human body:

Pumping oxygenated blood to other body parts. …

Circulating hormones and other essential substances to different parts of the body. …

Receiving oxygen-poor blood and pumping to the lungs for oxygenation, transporting waste products from the body. …

    Maintaining blood pressure.

The heart’s primary function is to pump blood throughout the body.

It supplies oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and removes carbon dioxide and waste from the blood.

It also helps to maintain adequate blood pressure throughout the body.

Heart pumps the blood throughout the body, hence playing an important role in maintaining body temperature.

    Blood flow in the heart:

The arteries receive oxygenated blood from the heart and supply it throughout the body. Whereas, the veins carry the deoxygenated blood from all the body parts to the heart for oxygenation.

The right atrium receives blood from the veins and pumps it to the right ventricle.

The right ventricle pumps the blood received from the right atrium to the lungs.

The left atrium receives oxygenated blood from the lungs and pumps it to the left ventricle.

The left ventricle pumps the oxygenated blood throughout the body.

Hence, the rhythmic contraction and expansion of various chambers of the heart maintains the transport of oxygen to all parts of the body.
