Solution:Area of a circle

A= πr^2

Where r is the radius of a circle

616=(22/7) r^2

r^2=616*(7/22)=28*7=196

r^2=196

Taking square root on both the sides, we get

r=14

c= 2πr=2*(22/7)*14=88

5y+21=2y+42
