THINGS TO FORGET IN LIFE:

Many incidents in our lives are not so important, but then, we do not forget them; instead, we carry them with us like the haunted memories a scary past.

Certain things that you should forget about in your life:

a. Something stupid you said to someone, but now you are regretting that. Why did I speak this to him/her? Regretting now will not help you in gaining anything.

b. Never and ever in your life feel bad after having the food of your choice, worrying about the number of calories you intake by eating the food of your choice. Worrying about it will not reduce the number of calories you.

c. Thinking about things you could have learned in the last lockdown. That time has gone now; start living in the present instead of thinking about the time you have wasted.

d. Thinking about the funny names by which your cousins used to call you and you didn’t like those names. Take it in a fun way, and stop worrying about useless things.

e. Forget about what others say about you. People do have the habit of saying things behind your back, so do forget them else these things will start bothering you and will not help you in taking anywhere.

f. Forget your failures and learn from your mistakes, but never carry them with you. Otherwise, those failures will scare you, and you will not be able to take a step toward new things.

g. Forget trying to explain everything to everyone. If you try to explain yourself, everybody will think that it is your fault.

h. Forget trying to be perfect, as everybody has some faults in themselves, and there is always room for improvement. Just make sure that you have given your best rest leave it, just enjoy the journey of doing the things.

Life is all about forgetting our past, not worrying about the future, and always enjoying our present. Yes, this statement means that remembering our past always gives us pain, and thinking about our future and what will happen will cause tension. So what is needed is that we should live in the present, and enjoy it together. It is always said that a person who lives in the present will always try to make their present as well as future happy. As we are human, we don’t have any control over time, situations, and circumstances.

But some of the things that we need to forget in our life, I my opinion, are:-

1. Our past, whether it was good or bad, we need to forget it as if our past was good it will give a kind of anxiety why our present is not like that. We started comparing. And if our past is painful ( bad), then it ultimately affects our mind.

2. Any wrost incident happened to you. Kind of accident, or any other things that is going to effect our mental health we must try to forget it.

3. When you lose someone very close to your heart. It is not always easy to move on. Sometimes it is very difficult but it is life we have to move according to the situation. I am not saying to completely forget anyone. I am only saying to just move on with them.

4. Someone who never gives respect to you and always hurts you. Yes, you need to forget him in your life.

5. Always try to forget your flaws; if you are not scoring well on exams, just try to forget your marks. The only things needed are smart work and hard work. So always focus on that.

So these are the things we must try to forget in our life to make our present worthy.

Life is a continuous holy process that has many ups and downs. It is basically a roller coaster ride that is gifted by the Almighty to us. At times, we face so much negativity and stuff that demotivates us. Nothing goes right at that time, and we feel the worst; we feel like giving up on life, but that is not a genuine solution.

It is very natural to face failure in life it depends on the person who is facing it some people take this failure very deeply and tend to give up but this is not a heroic task, a brave person would always learn from the previous mistakes and will always keep trying keeping in mind not to repeat the previous mistakes and implementing the lessons one learnt before.

One more important thing is that one must try to forget the bad incidents after learning the lessons given by them because human nature has vividly given examples that if a person revises his/her failure very frequently this affects the mental health and is a very wrong and harmful practise. We should also tend to forget bad memories which give us pain, be some very near or dear ones who left our side when we required support. Such memories also irritate and thus we should tend to forget all the things which have a negative impact on our lives.
