What is the third dimension theory, and is it true that if the theory is correct, then time travel is possible?
Third Dimension Theory
The fourth dimension (4D) is currently defined as a hypothetical construct since we live in the third dimension and must predict what the extra-spatial fourth dimension consists of. But generally, the 4D space is seen as an extension of the 3D space, providing further ways that objects can move. That’s where the concept of time as the fourth dimension comes in. Time is seen as a way for all dimensions to move forward, out from the movie screen, for example. Thus, time as a non-spatial fourth dimension has become popular amongst scientists today.
