Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony. On International Yoga Day in 2021, it will be celebrated on the 21st of June of this year, the importance of yoga, and this is the important part to play in rejuvenating your body, mind, and spirit, which in turn leads to a healthier way of life.
Yoga not only provides for health, both physical and mental relaxation, but also to develop strength and stability. The many benefits of yoga make it a very popular practice for people all over the world, especially during a pandemic, when it comes to mental and physical stress.
According to the United Nations website, the theme of International Yoga Day in 2021 is “Yoga for health”, that is, the practice of yoga can help to improve the health of all people. With the COVID-19 pandemic, composite, psychological distress, and mental health problems, a lot of people have started to practice yoga in order to stay healthy and to fight for isolation and/or depression.
Yoga Day is being celebrated all over the world to highlight the importance of the practice of yoga and how it is beneficial for the body, mind, and spirit in a healthy state. To be considered as a holistic approach, and its focus is on different systems of the body and the mind, yoga is calming to the spirit and with confidence. It calms the mind and improves concentration and patience. The practice of asanas and pranayama controls the discharge of the internal system of the organs in the body. The energy that is released in the body, using this method, is then channeled through meditation to achieve peace, stability, and stability.

Exercise helps to have healthy muscles, and it also helps in weight loss who are suffering from obesity and excessive weight. Exercise is a healthy habit that must be added to a healthy lifestyle and must be practiced without any delay.
Exercising, meditation, yoga, etc., are great things to regain strength and to be fitter and also happy.
