Stress is a very complex thing in life. Stress management associates with an expanse of methods and psychotherapies for controlling a person’s stress level, particularly persistent stress. The first thing for stress management is to find out the source of your stress. It is very difficult but very important, as the true source will always be ignored by us. You can explain away stress as a short-lived problem. If you want to look at it as a part of your personality then it might bring negative sources in your life. It is very important to take responsibility for the role one plays in creating or maintaining stress. Your stress can affect your daily life so much. We can’t be happy and don’t want to talk with others, you just want to be left alone. It will affect the process of your communication. You can’t hide it outside your control if you do not do it. It is not apparent to prevent all of the stress from your life but there are many points in time when you need to eliminate it. If you can do it then you can easily want to socialise and happily communicate with others. So that’s how stress management improves your communication. To avoid necessary stress you can try to avoid that kind of person for a time who gives you a lot of stress. Always express your feelings, don’t bottle it up, it can give you a lot of stress if you don’t. When you face a drag, attempt to deal with it and believe the positive side. Never attempt to regulate it, and appreciate every bit of life. Spending some time in nature, doing yoga, taking a walk, listening to music can make you feel better and reduce your stress. We can control stress by relaxing. So if life troubles you too much, take a pause and use up it peacefully. If you pursue these strategies it can create your life better.

Plants are the lifeline of our existence. It furnishes us with equipment, life and everything we could ever want. Plants give us oxygen. Oxygen is the main basis of existence. Animals emit CO2 by taking in oxygen. It regulates every pollution on earth. It gives us all kinds of resources: wood, crops, fuel, everything. It’s our greatest friend. Products created from plants are necessary for human nutrition. plants provide us fruits rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and fibre that are necessary for health maintenance. They fulfil an integral part of our regular nourishment. We all know that plants thrive from seeds. It puts up with lots of your length for their evolution. When seeds are planted they have adequate air, water and sunlight to grow. Seeds desire a while to show into a grown tree. Firstly seeds grow roots under the ground. The roots gradually consume more nutrients and minerals from the soil and help to grow the tree. Formerly these roots take hold of the plant, a little steam plant will begin to arise and finally break through the soil. Accordingly, the tiny plant will want more care because it was so sensitive, kind of a baby. If we do not provide them good care they’re never going to age well. Subsequently a while of absorbing water, sunlight and air a plant will ultimately get big. Then the leaves and branches will start up from the tree. After a while flower buds will begin then a flower will bloom and thus the flower will become a fruit. This is often the method of seeds becoming a plant. Usually, trees can survive for long years if they’re not cut down.

Self Defence means protecting yourself from any attacks. At this point, the level of crimes is increasing day by day so
that’s the reason we all should be able to defend ourselves in any difficult situation. We should all know any kind of
methods to protect ourselves from criminals. Self Defence techniques can be armed or unarmed. The armed one needs
a weapon to defend. But in the unarmed method, you have to learn some martial arts skills or defend techniques to
protect yourself from the criminal. Understanding selfdefence through fitness is of main significance as there is
enormous power inequality and unsafety where we reside today. At this point, women are mostly unsafe. Many
dangerous crimes against women are conducted every day. So it will be great if they learn to defend themselves from
criminals. If they can’t protect themselves with the unarmed method then they should adopt the armed method. They
can carry weapons like sizers, knives, nails, chilli powder. But it isn’t enough. The government should make the laws
more strict so that criminals get furious before committing a crime. Besides, this Selfdefence has much more positivity.
It gives us the confidence to battle against evil. We can be more confident outside. Many results show that students
have comfortable interactions with strangers. It increased selfconfidence and modified beliefs about women, men, and
gender. Many schools are starting to add selfdefence classes to their study material. And it should be increased. Not
only women men also need to learn selfdefence as well. If we know some methods to defence ourselves then it will be
easier and comfortable to go outside at any point in time. Many women reject jobs for safety problems. So in this case
selfdefence can be the way out for this. We all have the right to be safe and sound in our places. That’s why besides
selfdefence the law should be strict as well.

Skill is very important to prove our ability. We can clarify our efficiency in any job by our skill. But a degree may be a
certification of our skills. We have to accomplish a degree to validate our skills. No matter how many skills you have but
if you don’t have a proper degree that certifies your skills then all your skills will go in vain. But on the other hand in this
corrupted world, so many people have artificial degrees so it means they are lacking in skills. So by artificial degree,
anybody can receive a big position but they can immortalize for a long time for lack of skills. So it means you’ll get any
position by degree but you’ll not grow with no skills. We should be skilled to have a great career. You can achieve any
skill with hard work, determination, and dedication. If you’ve got proper skills then it’s not difficult to realize any degree.
By skills, you can prove yourself in your workplace. Any degree provides you with a position and skills provide you with
growth. If you have degrees but don’t have any skills then be successful in your career. You will just be stuck in the
same place which is very frustrating. To have a successful career, improve your skills. You can get a job or a position by
qualifications but to be in place you need to have skills. Without it, people don’t consider you seriously, you rather lose
your position. That’s the reason in every successful company there is a skilled mind behind. You can not be afraid or
hopeless in life with skills. And that will be the main reason behind the successful person you become.

Dreams are a manner of delusion that come off during times of sleep. We primarily see during REM sleep. REM stands
for rapid eye movement. In this type of sleep, you can’t suppose of the dream you had. But it’s hard for researchers to
find out about dreams. While you’re insomniac your brain exercise works and the imprints you have are reasonable.
Notwithstanding, during your sleep, your brain still acts but your body is not active so your brain works in an inactive
way. So the considerations you have while sleeping are unreasonable. Dreams are autobiographical reflections of your
current exercise. Occasionally dreams obstruct emotional dramatizations in your life. And because of the regulation of
your brain at a much more emotional rank than when you ’re insomniac, your brain may make alliances meaning your
passions that you are conscious you would n’t do. Your dreams can help you to conserve the recollections which you
have innovate out. It isn’t yet comprehended how this is possible. But it’s like valid. Dreams can make us fresh and
athletic. It helps to deal with emotion, recollections and other considerations. But dreams are not always heartening and
nice. Sometimes it can be eyeopening and disturbing, these dreams are known as horrors. Horrors can do stress,
negativity, and anxiety. Horrors can be the purpose of sleeping conditions. The purpose for this is because you may be
anxious before sleep, you have physiological problems and you do not get an fine measure of sleep. In conclusion,
dreams are the genius of our nescient sense.

I’m devoted to storybooks. In my free time, I love to read stories and poems. Well, you can’t be bored in the company of a good book. I love to read books in my mother tongue Bengali. So I’m a great fan of Bengal novels. My favourite writers are Saratchandra Chattopadhyay and Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay. There are so many characters in storybooks that inspired me. But the storybook character which inspires me the most is Devi Chaudhurani aka Prafulla. The character is from the famous Bengali novel of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay “Devi Chaudhurani”. The character Prafulla’s transformation from a fearful rural girl to the fearless bandit Queen Is so intriguing. She was born to a very poor family. She has seen her father since childhood. She was raised by her mother. From her childhood, she faced discrimination and humiliation for her background. But never have the courage to speak against it. Her fortune turned when she was married to a very wealthy son of a zamindar. But her happiness didn’t last long. Soon she left the house of her in-laws for her evil father in law. And she lost her mother too. After facing so many adversities in life she becomes strong as a rock. And ready to accept her Destiny. But in a forest, she became acquainted with a revolutionist and impressed him with her intelligence. And after hard training, she became their leader. Her strong transformation fascinates me. I also love the way she overcomes the obstacles of her life. The transformation From a furious rural girl to the rescuer of the needy people are really amazing.

There isn’t any special time when trees generate oxygen. Every size of the tree can produce oxygen. It doesn’t matter
the time, place or anything. Trees produce in the process of making food. We, humans, inhale oxygen and produce
carbon dioxide. Trees need carbon dioxide to prepare food. Trees made oxygen through the method of photosynthesis.
The leaves of the trees lure CO2, sunlight, and water to nourish the tree. Oxygen is released from trees as a product of
this chemical reaction. One big tree can create oxygen for four people. Trees store CO2 in their fibre to wash nature.
Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas that is so negative for the environment. The study exhibits in one year a developed
tree will absorb quite 48 pounds of CO2 from the atmosphere and release oxygen in exchange. So this is the process
of making oxygen. Every tree can produce oxygen at any point in time, whether it is day or night. Hence it is proved that
trees are the biggest friend of mankind. So planting trees is very important for us to survive. The trees are taking a large
part to remove pollution in the environment. If trees do not produce the oxygen we all will die. Oxygen not only provides
us with life but also rebuilds our nature in numerous different ways. So every time you breathe, keep in mind it is for the
oxygen that trees give us. If trees stop to give us the oxygen we all eventually die.

We all know that fertilizers are used for the good development of plants. It increases the rate of nutrition in plants and
boosts the growth of plants. There are some natural fertilizers and chemical fertilizers. The levels of soil pH vary from 0
14, where 0 is deemed to be vastly acidic and 14 being the most fundamental. 7 is deemed to be neutral. The suitable
soil pH varies from plant to plant and can be modified by giving rise to some changes. The bottom line for utilizing too
many fertilizers in the soil is that, though it may look like it will work presently, there are high opportunities that you may
not use it for plant yielding in the lengthy race. When you mix chemical fertilisers in your plants when they are washed
up and it gets mixed on water bodies like lakes, ponds, and many more. This organizes a toxic atmosphere and
regulates the extinction of fish and other aquatic fauna and flora. Indirectly, it contributes to an imbalance in the food
line as the several kinds of fishes in the water bodies stoop to be the important food basis of various birds and animals
in the atmosphere. The nitrogen and other chemicals existing in the fertilizers can also influence the groundwaters and
waters that are employed for drinking. One of the most common of this can be the growth of blue baby disease which
happens in infants whose skin tissues are low in oxygen. This is why their skin seems to be blue or purplish colour or.
You would also be eager to know that studies disclose that the use of garden fertilizers and pesticides can result in
health risks like cancer and fatal diseases in humans, particularly in children.

While on one side enormous power must be followed carefully to stay the law and order within the country, on the opposite side the citizens can appeal to change the outdated provisions. But certain provisions are often easily amended and a few of the provisions take tons of your time and energy to amend. There are quite 100 amendments within the constitution from the day it had been enacted. The constitution declares India as a secular country that suggests it doesn’t give special treatment to a selected religion. The Constitution put the welfare of its citizens first place than the state. It also provides compatible freedoms of education to everyone. All of the citizens need to respect the ensign and anthem. It doesn’t matter whether or not they are poor or rich, all of them should respect it. Dr B. R Ambedkar did an unforgettable job during this Constitution. This constitution enabled India to evolve into a Republic country around the world.
