The entire world is stuck in front of the pandamic condition. No one could know how to control it completely. Covid affects our life. We never feel and thought about this type of condition. Before this, we heard about Ebola virus disease. But that is a pandamic but not spread in whole continents. Covid affects the whole mankind. After one and half years, still we are infront of it. So that we are in a new normal life. And we are used to it.
Not only in education sector, but also the whole section are affected and surviving in this condition. The government starts education in the platform of online. So that the students are secure in their home and never miss their class. The age never wait for anyone. It must go on. So that we can’t stops their education. But through the online education the students won’t get good internet connection. So that they miss their notes and discussion. They don’t have any physical exercises. For a period of time they always sat in front of the computer or mobile phones. This physically and mentally affects them. When in a physical class the teacher get a chance to meet them and can clearly identify the face change of every students. But now it couldn’t.

While communicating in formal settings, you are often required to write letters. Normally called formal letters, these are the letters that you write to people other than your friends and family. Since these letters are written for specific purposes and to people in the specific positions, you should be aware of the conventions that govern formal written communication.
Most formal letters have the following steps:
1.Sender’s Address
You should add your address at the top left of the letter.
2.Date
This will be followed by the date on which the letter is being written or sent. It is advisable to use one date format consistently in all your correspondence.
3.Refernce Number (if any)
Companies and institutions use this alphanumeric notation to file the letter. Usually labelled as ‘Ref:’, which is followed by the actual reference number.
4.Receiver’s Address
Then you will include the name and the address of the receiver of the letter. If you are writing to a specific person, you must include the name of the person and his or her designation.
5.Subject Line
Labelled usually as ‘Sub:’, the subject line is a short description, not more than one line, that highlights the purpose of your letter.
6.Salutation
Use ‘Dear’ followed by the title and the surname of the person you are writing to. In case you do not know the name of the addressee, you can write Dear Director or Dear Manager.
7.Body
Your text constitutes the body.
8. Closing
You close your letter with ‘Yours truly’ or ‘Yours sincerely.’ That is called the complimentary close. It is wrong to say Yours. Be careful with the apostrophe.
9.Signature Area
After the complimentary close, remember to sign the letter. Below your signatures, you will also need to have your name written or printed in the upper case.
10.Enclosure Notation
Next to the label ‘Encl.’ you will list the additional documents being sent with the letter.
Formal letters are now mostly formatted in full-block style, which means that all parts of the letter are left aligned.
You may also keep in mind the following points as your mail the letter:
There is no grammatical error in the letter.
The point size of the fonts is appropriate; 12-point size is preferable.
The quality of paper and printing is acceptable.
On the envelope, the address of the receiver is complete and appears in the center. The sender’s address appears on the top- or bottom-left corner of the envelope.

Reported Speech or Direct & Indirect Speech is one of the trickiest topics in Grammar. Not only must you have a good understanding of the Rules of Converting Direct and Indirect Speech, but you must also be aware of the “Exceptions in Direct and Indirect Speech.”
Case 1: He said, “I saw the sun rising in the east.” He said that he had seen the sun rising in the east.
Case 2: He said, “Sun rises in the East.” He said that Sun rises in the East.
In case 1 and 2, the Reporting Verb is in the past tense (said) but still the tense of only Case 1 is changed. There are certain exceptions that follow the change of tense. Exception #1: The tense of the verb doesn’t change even if the Reporting verb is in past tense for the following cases. Universal/ Scientific Truths:
Exception #2: The connector isn’t always ‘that’ for the following cases. Interrogative Sentences: Type 1 – Yes/No type question: ‘If/whether’ is used instead of ‘that’. Type 2 – ‘Wh’ type question: The same ‘Wh’ used in the direct speech is used instead of ‘that’. .The sentences that give advice, order, request or suggestion. ‘To’ is used instead of ‘that’ as a connector.
Use the words ordered, begged, pleaded, implored, advised, demanded, forbade etc. instead of ‘said’ as per the tone of the sentence. Examples: The teacher said to me,” Go in your class and learn your lesson.” The teacher ordered me to go in my class and learn my lesson. He said to her,” Please don’t leave me.” He pleaded her not to leave him. The structure of the indirect speech is always an Assertive Sentence following the structure (subject + helping verb + verb + object).

India is a land of festivals. And one of the beautiful festival was diwali also called the festival of lights. All indians celebrate the diwali day by lighting lamps in the house and celebrate with fireworks and sweets. Than the south indian, north indians celebrate the festival as a big celebration.
Diwali festival is related to Ramayana the Epic book of Hindu mythology. During the regin of Rama, he his wife Seetha devi and Laxmana, brother of lord Rama, were going to exile by the command of their father,the king. During the exiled time Ravana the king of monsters, abducted Seetha devi. Later with the help of Hanuman, Rama rescued his wife Seetha devi from the hands of Ravana at his kingdom by killing him. Whole people and kings were afraid of Ravana. Because he has a special boon by lord Shiva. After the exiletion period of 14 years Rama entered to his kingdom with the victory over Ravana. That made the people much festive. They lightened up the lamps (deepam) infront of their houses and welcomed the team.
This is one of the mythology about Diwali. But in Buddhism, Jainism and some south indian culture they celebrate diwali in mythological believe. Some related to Krishna and others for new year starting so.

In the present condition that we are facing, daily we hearing about vaccination and vaccine. Before that most of us heard the vaccine when we are in hospital or kids needs to take vaccination by their age period. Vaccination are important to health. Vy having a proper health conditions we are stay away from some serious diseases. Our health ministry directed us to take vaccination whithin a 24 hours a baby born. Before that the pregnant mother too have vaccine for the health of baby and mother. Immunity is the most important thing to prevent diseases. Through vaccination the baby acquire immunity. This is a precaution to decrease the deadly disease for the new borns. The new borns and pregnant ladies have less immunity. So it is very easy to have the kind of diseases. In India we have vaccination for polio, hepatitis, measles, TT etc… The last age of immunization vaccine for children is sixteen years.
In this time vaccination for covid-19 become popular. Because we need to sustain from the pandamic condition. Through the usage of vaccine, a antibody that enter into the body through the nerves and it acts against the viruses that causing disease. There are different types of vaccines for covid like covaxin, covishield, phiser vaccine, sputnik v, etc. But all of them have a common functions. Some directly acts against the viruses, other one destroys the viruses neutraly and destroys its whole function in the human body, some destroys the spreading of the viruses.

Noise pollution is a kind of environmental pollutions. This is also called sound pollution. We can hear many kinds of sound in our surroundings. Most of them are not make any pollution. Because they are in natural sound that a man or animal can afford. But there are other kinds of sound that we can’t afford. It causes have ear pain and head aches. We we going out in a public vehicle and in a traffic jam we can hear many roaring of people, horn of buses, cars,bikes etc. At that time we felt angry to the one who was the reason for the traffic. Do you think is that his problem? Mostly no. Because we are using a mechine it sometimes have problems. That problem was not made by his willing. Then for what reason the others make noise? Because they don’t have time to wait for a few seconds or minutes. For that hurry they make noise. These noise makes some health issues too.
In metropolitan cities and towns the transportation is by using trains. Near the railway track there are many houses, schools, offices, hospitals etc. At the first time they can’t afford it later they are used to it. And there are many industries too make many pollutions including the noise. There musics from religious, party etc have using high volume to have more public attention. We can see in the election time that there are different election parties make public meeting and rallies by using musics and sound system. If two or three rallies met in a junction both are try to increase their sound to compete with the other. But they compete with the health and mental health of the listeners. If the sound increase more than a limitation it causes cardiac arrest for the cardiac patients. Not only for the patients but also for all. Because the heart wall was made by smooth muscle. And over sound cause the ear problem, hypertension and stress. For animals they will be run riots.

Leadership is a most important quality for a good employer. Not only for the employer but also for the whole people. But generally the skills and qualities are varies from one person to other. For a good leader in a office, class, family, or a group anywhere he or she needs a good leadership skill. With out a good leader sometimes the group can’t work properly, may be the group members are talented but they won’t be able to assigned properly.
Leadership qualities include the skills like:
1. Empathy- a leader doesn’t stuck in the emotions of others and his own. This pull back him to make a proper decision.
2.Confidence- good leader have confidence, he wants to assign the group with confidence and promote the group in any circumstances.
3. Trust- have a trust to the members but don’t blindly believe everyone.
4. Positive attitude – be a positive thinker. Sometimes the members activities bring back from our work. But through the mental strength of the leader the group can come back.
5. Decision making – this is the important thing for a good leader. Decision must be accurate and transparent.

Usage of nicotine content and smoking is difficult to stop. Because once you use it the nicotine content made the user to be a addiction for its. If he needs to be stop it by his voluntery willing he can’t be overcome it. Smoking is a process of inhaling and exhaling some chemical contents mainly the content of nicotine. Some of the addictive users use heroine, hashish too. Those are very toxic contents. Not destroys the health fastly, but through the regular use of these chemicals gradually it destroys the internal organs and leads the users to death.
In our country the smoking is prohibited in public platforms. We can see many cautionary boards in the public places like theatre, shopping malls, public transports etc. But the people were not give importance to the messages. While a smoker smokes in a public place he exhale the toxic smoke to the outside. These smoke spread in the air and other people inhale it. So that the toxic enter into the non smokers body. In our country there a huge numbers of smoking people. If we took a ten people there were five or six will be a smoker. So that the toxic contents in the air increases. As a result the chance of getting inhalation is increased. Smoking causes cancer,lung diseases, respiratory problems, etc. These too gets the non smokers too. In our country one of the main reason for increasing number of cancer patients is because of the usage of smoking in public places.

Family is the basic structure of a society. From the family we starts to live. As a small child his life is in between his father mother and siblings. Later he grew up and show his character what he gets from his family. To develop a good nation, family plays a key role.
For every living creature family is their strength and weakness. We can see that every animals have their family, Kangaroo carries her child on her stomach, monkeys are live in tree with whole of its family, it shares food. And hornbill, which signifies the symbol of love and family, the male hornbill gives food to the egg laying female hornbill to the tree. She can’t went out. If her partner died during that time, the female bird and its baby died in that tree without getting food.
In my life my family is my first World. Here we can see different roles that a father, mother and children plays. My mother is a good cook, motivator, teacher, friend, sister,time manager etc. My father is the guider, one who do all things that we wishes, carer, protecter, teacher, friend etc. My brother is my friend, companion, trouble maker, advisor. They always stand with me either in a good or bad situation. I first share all incidents to them. They can correct me. Through my family i get the ability to face any problems.

Education plays a key role in the development of a nation. Have a proper education system and whole literate people is the aim of government. We have a proper education system. But there are few people who doesn’t goes to school. Our constitution provides right to education act. Every child has the right to education. But circumstances changed them. There is no age limit for a listener. And for education there is no difference between government schools and private schools. We have state of mind to get education from any where.
Education makes us to know things that we don’t know. Education is not means that to have graduation or post graduation. It means that to have basic knowledge and literacy. There is commonly seen that some people who cheats the illiterate people by talking their signature, bank documents and other information. If you are a literate one you can read and ask about the things they approach to us. By having Education it is easy to handle such cases. To a literate one, no one could cheat him. Education is one of the main pillar of our country. Having a educated society, the government and government authorities can’t able to being corrupt. They want to be more dedicated to their duty. Because the society is aware about their rights and responsibilities.

Shelters are basic needs to a mankind. A shelter doesn’t mean that to have a luxurious house with three or four bedrooms. It means that to have a safe place to stay with our family. In the early years of our mankind, they used trees, caves as their shelters. They are live in the forest, animals are dangerous and any time they can attack the human. So that they used trees and caves to sleep. Later they become hunters and have the ability to attack the animals. They made hut with leaves and trees, this hut changed to mud house, and the present house. The ideas change the life style. But there are some people who live in the mud house. Shelters are not only for humans but also for all animals and birds. Sometimes the micro organisms take a shelter in the living body, that results some diseases. Shelter is necessary to humans. Because it helps us from climate change, animal attack, or any other types of malpractices.

Nail polish are the artificially made colours which can apply to the nails. For girls who loves fashion and beauty love to apply those favourite colours in their hand nails and folt nails. In market any colours are available. There is a special art too for this, the nail art. And the nail artist payed good. These trends is come with the film actress. In early 90’s most of the actress used red colour nail polish. And there is no much women who used nail polish commonly. The society doesn’t like the usage of nailpolish, lipstick or any kind of makeup. In every womenly mind there is a one who loves beauty and makeup.
We can use nail polish. But over usage is not good. Because those things that we apply to our nails are chemicals. We can see if we apply nail polish for more than a month with out remove it, there is a yellowish or orange colour in the nails. That shows our unhealthiness of our nails. It is better to allow sunlight to our nails. Because in the sides of nails it is easy to get derts and micro organisms. Use quality items. Some low quality items breaks our nails and being unhealthy.

There is no specific time period to study. That is based on the mind of the student. Try to study on the time that we feel. Study with a pleasant mind set. Sometimes over mood is not stable in all time, we have mood swings. So that we are responsible to control our mood and choose a better time to study. Without a pleasant mind we can’t catch the knowledge properly. So we want our mind presence in front of the text book.
For many students the best times to study are early morning and late night. Those are mostly best times, because we get a calm and quiet time and it is easy to get the ideas. No one tries to disturb in that time. May we can’t spend more time in late night or early morning, but the time that spend is more useful than the more time spent without a calm situation. But for the people who are eager to study don’t care about the best time. They spend their whole time for their studies.

Everyone are being a learner or student in every time. We only stops our studying at the end of our life. But we give the title of student only when he or she are studying in a school, college or an institution. Every students passing through different situations how their life turns. So it is important to have a person who leads them to a correct way. We called it as a motivation. For students, they are responsible to find their motivator. Because the motivator must a person who is touches the heart of the student. It is based on the visions and dreams of the students. A motivation must be changed the life, if it touches the inner heart. Through that they are able to be more dedicate to their studies.
There are many students who are bad in their studies. That is not their problems. Reason is there is no one who listens their ideas and dreams. Or no source to get a motivational message. We can see that there are many young people who dedicated to get a job in Indian army, because there are many people who shares their life as a motivation. So like that to have a good motivation helps the students to choose their apt field to concentrate their studies. There is no value of the jobs without the intrest of the employer. So have to find our best field and place of talent. Students later became a employee or employer.
