    School is the place which can never go out of minds for every student. Schooling is the best gift for every student. Every student feels so unhappy on leaving the school. All the friends become a memory after leaving the school. All the sweet memories are always remembered. Playing games in the games period is a great thing. The examinations are one of the greatest fears we have in life. With the great efforts we complete the exams and somehow many people pass in the exams and some set the records.

    But, the relation with teacher is an unforgettable one. All the scoldings, shoutings, beatings are unforgettable. The student’s relation with the teacher is a great one. A student must maintain a healthy relationship with the teachers. Teachers play a very important role in making the student perfect and make them to understand the need of the situation. Teachers help the students to reach their desired goals and in any situation teacher motivates a student to get up and stand in all the ups and downs. Like that of the mother and the father, the teacher also feels equally happy when their student achieves high in their life and when they reach their desired goals.

    Confidence is the state of being clearheaded and bold. Confidence is not something which is attained in a day but something which can be ours on practice. When an individual is confident, he/she can do wonders. Confidence plays a very important role in our success.

    And individual must be confident in whatever or whichever field they are. The confidence helps us to reach our goals faster than we expect. The things are very crucial and unbalanced without confidence. The confidence not only gives us the success but also equally importantly gives us the satisfaction.

    With respect to the time, the confidence we build in ourselves is straight way to the success. It is greatly known that An individual can do nothing without the confidence. There are some ways to build confidence in one’s life.

    Firstly, we must be positive and think positive in whatever the work we are indulged. We must also gain the attention towards our failure. It is very difficult to come across the situation without the confidence. Even though we fail in the situation, we must give a try with confidence.

    Even though we fail in the situation, we must strive hard with confidence and can go for a try next time.

    There are things which People will take very easily and think that they cannot do and complete the things. Instead of thinking in the negative manner, the individual must think positively and must build confidence to go forward in a particular aspect. Starting a thing or a work is easy, but finishing it is a bit difficult.     Staying healthy physically and mentally is very important. It is important because, it prevents us from many deadly diseases. It is equally important to be physically and mentally fit. There are several methods to be physically fit and mentally strong. Some of the methods include the following :

    1.Healthy and nutritious food:-

    It is very important to consume healthy and nutritious food every day. To gain a sufficient amount of nutrients and and to be healthy it is very important to consume nutritious food. Consuming nutritious food helps us to gain sufficient energy. Being healthy prevents us from Many deadly diseases.

    2. Exercise:-

    Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day help the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise.

    3. Yoga:-

    Yoga relives from the stress and tension we have had. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes time on yoga benefit is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama helps to Gain strength and to be physically fit.

    3. Meditation:-

    Meditating for certain minutes helps to calm the brain and soul. It helps and relieving the stress and the tension we have had. It helps us to focus on the things which we are willing to do. It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and a mandatory practice an individual must obtain and must follow without any delays.

    If an individual follows a diet of healthy and nutritious food, exercise and yoga,it helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong.

    Yes, In Indian hunger is the biggest problem than the coronavirus. The pandemic collapsed our economy, health, education etc. In the initial stages of the coronavirus, there are many people who faced plenty of the problems. This is because, everyone is afraid of coming out and to help at least.

    Not only in the initial stages of the coronavirus but also in the second wheel it is a top situation to all the citizens of India. It is a bit OK with the rich person’s but it is the toughest situation to all the poor people and also to the middle class people.

    The rich people who are affected with the coronavirus isolated themselves and are in a separate room. But, when coming to the situation of a poor person it is a deadly task. Basically, the poor person’s house is very small and it is very difficult to isolate themselves from there and the only option they have is that they can stay in the hospital. But, it is also a tough situation because they cannot pay the money.

    Once if the poor man is affected by the coronavirus it is a very drastic situation and And the family must count the days that they have eaten. It is a bit OK with the rich person’s because they have the capacity to buy the food and capacity to get over the Covid but whereas in the condition of the poor person it is a difficult situation.

    Usually, In India the number of poor families are comparatively more. Once a person in the family is affected by the COVID-19 , it is very difficult for the family members to lead the family. That’s the reason why many people are facing the shortage of food and it has become the major problem in India.

    There are several ways in which a person can increase the productivity by the daily routine and habits.

    1. Eating healthy food and reducing the uses of junk food:-

    In the current scenario, many of the teenagers prefer eating junk food rather than eating healthy and nutritious food. It is such a bad habit which degrades the health day by day. It is not known in a single day but the consequences are seen later. It is very important for an individual to take healthy and nutritious food in order to be healthy and in order and to be active. Once a person is healthy and active, he or she can do wonders.

    2. Exercise and yoga:-

    Exercise and yoga or the two important things which a person should Necessarily follow without any hesitation Exercising for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day strengthens the muscles and helps the body to recover from all the bad sins and removes all the toxins from the body. Yoga or meditation is a mandatory thing which an individual must follow because 10 to 15 minutes of yoga and meditation keeps the mind and soul calm. Exercising not only strengthens the muscle but also equally importantly it gives us the confidence to do the things without losing the focus.     When compared to the online classes, often classes are easy to understand. This is because, the individuals will be interacting with the things and will know what is happening very clearly. There are many benefits of attending the offering classes and some of them are the following:

    When compared to the online classes, and off-line classes in individual can learn the things enough full-fledged mmanner. This is because, in online classes there are many distractions and there is a chance to switch over another apps or the websites.     Women are to be encouraged in all the activities Which men does. They should be treated equally with the men irrespective of the situation or the work. Everywoman must get the chance to Show the world their unflinching commitment and unwavering spirit. The women are no less than the men, they can do all the works similar to the men and sometimes better than them.

    Women are to be treated with used respect. The girl child should be given all the rights and freedom to maintain the things. They must not feel low in any situation or add any kind of failure. Instead, the mistake all the mistakes and must improve themselves to prove again with high standards. They must receive all the needs from the particular government to fulfill then basic needs.

    Education is the one of the basic needs. All the girl childs are to be encouraged to go for the education and must be motivated with good amount of words to achieve high standards in the society and to prove that they are no less than anyone. The parents must never feel low to give the birth to a baby girl. Instead, they must feel so proud to have a girl child in the family and that must raise the girl child in the similar way that they raise their boy. When Joseph and marry entered the city, the inn had no rooms left empty and so they were offered an stable (rack for fodder) where Christ was born.

    Although the date of birth is unknown, the church in the fourth century fixed it as December 25th. This relates to the date of the winter solstice on the Roman calendar. Most of the Christians celebrate it on December 25th in the Gregorian calendar which was adopted by everyone without any exception in the civil calendars used throughout the world. However, part of the Eastern Christian Churches celebrate it on January 7. For Christians, believing that the god has come in the form of man to push away all the sins rather than knowing the accurate birth date of Jesus.

    It is an annual festival marking Jesus Christ’s birth. It is religious and cultural celebration observed by the people on 25th December. But, there are differences that each nation celebrates this festival. The first Christmas was celebrated in 336 A.D in Rome. In the early 1900s, the Oxford movement of Anglican communion church started and this led to the revival of the Christmas.

    The food grains are produced by the farmer under the tough conditions. And it’s cooked so well with all patience. A study shows that about 1.3 billion tonnes of food is been wasted everyday. It’s an indirect form of wasting the one’s money also. It’s so disrespectful way to throw the food away which is made with all patience and love.

    The farmer struggles a lot irrespective to the seasons and putting his health aside he strives so hard to produce the food grains. He feels so happy the food grains are into his hands. He celebrates the day with full joy. And the food grains are purchased and are made into food with so much of struggle. Also the mother cooks the food with lots of love and affection towards you in the home. When is bought from a restaurant , they take good amount for it. So, it’s a loss for the people who wastes the food for no reason.

    There are orphans who are left abandoned struggling to find food. Instead of wasting the food and throwing it out, the food can be given the orphans and abandoned people. It may fill their stomachs and they find a reason to survive. They feel so happy and blessed to have the food which you’ve provided to them. The leftover food can also be given to the dogs on the streets which are left abandoned.

    Here are some tips to stop the wastage of the food:-

    — Shop only the small amount of foodstuffs, don’t go for higher amounts.

    —Cook only the required amount not more than the requirements.

    —The food can also be preserved in the refrigerator to stop its wastage.

    —Try to attempt the left over food to new ones.

    Coal and petroleum are non-renewable resources, so it’s very important to conserve them.The coal and the petroleum are very useful in the daily usage.

    The coal is burnt to produce electricity. The petroleum is used to run the vehicles anonymously. Without the coal and the petroleum it is difficult to manage our daily routine. Now a days they are used without any stoppage. If this continues In the same way, there will be a day where we find no coal and petroleum. They seem to be endangered now and If this continues, We can see their extinction permanently.

    Getting good health and being so it is very important in everyone’s life. Being healthy doesn’t mean to stop eating and getting slimmer rather it means that eating food with full of vitamins and minerals. Being fitter and healthier help the individual to fight the diseases very easily.

    To be healthy and fit we must follow some rules and regulations and must create a timetable of ourselves. The following can be the timetable that an individual can follow on the daily routine.

    1. Drinking two glasses of hot water after waking up early in the morning. This helps though though the individual but by cleaning their body inside. It also helps to lose the cholesterol in the body.

    2.In our breakfast we can take sprouts, dry fruits or fruits to be fitter and healthier.

    3.Instead of taking high calorie foods, we can prefer low calorie foods with which are high in vitamins and minerals. For everything there is an alternative, in the similar way we can prefer low calorie diet than high calorie diet.

    4. The exercise and yoga helps the individual to be better and healthier and removes the bad cholesterol in the body and helps us in several ways which we wonder. It throws out the negative energy in body and builds the positive energy within us. It also helps yes to focus on the things and for being bright.

    5. Meditating for 10 to 15 minutes per day helps the individual to calm the mind and soul. Concentrating on the breathing helps to overcome the respiratory problems. It wakes up the mind and the individual will be concentrated on the work.

    6.People usually eat heavy meals at the same time. It is a destructive process in our body. An individual must eat slowly by taking very small amounts of food with respect to the time.

    Plastic waste is the waste produced by the plastic after its usage. The plastic waste has reached in very higher amounts nowadays. Putting their needs and uses aside, it is very important to save our mother earth from the plastic waste.

    Now a days, it has become the most prominent problem in the whole world. It is not an individual problem but it is the whole nation’s problem. Here and there we can see the plastic covers, plastic glasses, plastic wrappers etc. are seen on the road sides. It is very important to not throw them on the roadside because some of the animals consume the plastic instead of the food they are eating. And it has become the threat to their lives. To reduce the uses of plastic and to see your mother that there are some alternatives,

    1. We can use Jute bags instead of the plastic bags which create harm to the nature. The Jute bags are eco-friendly and are easily degradable. Using jute bags helps us to reduce the uses of plastic bags to some extent. The use of plastic is reduced to some extent with jute bags.

    2. Plastic glasses can be replaced by the paper glasses. Nowadays we can see the portable paper glasses which are highly recommended as they are eco-friendly and easy degradable.

    3. We can replace plastic bottles by the copper bottles or some other bottles. The use of plastic bottles are very high, so we can replace the plastic bottles with the alternatives.

    In one or the other way, we must try to reduce the use of plastic to some extent. It’s very important to be responsible towards our Mother Earth. It’s not one’s problem, rather it is nation’s problem. So, one must try to reduce the use of plastic and must motivate others to reduce the usage.
