    Staying positive is a very good thing that an individual must obtain. Being positive and thinking positive over the things is not an easy task. For being positive and thinking positive, one must obtain lots and lots of patience.Whenever there is a thing known to us we always go for the wrong impression that is a negative impression. So before concluding anything they must think one or two minutes on what is right and what is wrong.

    There is always a second opinion on whatever the work we do, so it is better to go for a second opinion when we are unable to conclude rather than going for the wrong impression.

    Before concluding the things, we must discuss with our friends or a loss to get the right impression. An individual must look into the situation that’s all the patients and must give his time to know what is right and what is wrong. It is always recommended to discuss our problems and you know the consequences.

    So, it is Better when we reduce our stress and tension levels and start being positive over the things. When we go for the wrong impression or a negative impression it leads to several number of consequences which may not be good .

    So, we must look onto the things with cool and calm mind and then we must come to an conclusion. It is highly recommended to take someone else’s help or suggestion before coming to a conclusion over a particular thing. Whenever we take someone’s suggestion and their opinion it becomes easy for us to come to a conclusion in a positive manner. Being positive towards others and helps our mind to think in a positive manner and to look at the things in a positive manner and for having a good humor.

    There are numerous ways to develop the personality, some of them include the following.

    1. Self awareness:- An individual must motivate himself or herself, and must possess the courage to do things. In one or the other way the individual must train themselves in such a way that they excel in a particular thing or an aspect. Self-awareness is very important in developing a personality.

    2. Self-knowledge:- Self knowledge plays a crucial role in personality development. We must have the knowledge to build the personality, for that there are several ways to attain it. Some of the basic ways include,reading books, learning from Aldos etc. it is better to learn when you know nothing as something is better than nothing.

    3. Quality of life:- Quality of life is very important thing. The way you are spending your life, the way you’re working on things, the way you are respectful towards the things and the way you are achieving the things is very important.

    4.Dreams:- And individual must have some dreams because it is very important to dream. This is because, if an individual dream about a thing then he or she tries so hard to achieve it in one of the other day the dream will surely be achieved. This is how dreams help to build your personality or to develop your personality. So, never neglect dreams instead try to fulfill them and try to achieve them in your life.

    5.Identity:- Identity is a very important thing in developing one’s personality. Because, it is very important to know what you are and how you are behaving. Identity is something which people around gives you. When you excel in a particular thing you’ll be identified and you’ll be appreciated. So, identity is very important to develop personality.

    Positive approach towards life is a very crucial one. Everyone looks at the situation in a different manner but it doesn’t mean to look in a negative manner. There are people who don’t understand things and behaves very childish. I did write some rules to have a positive approach towards our life. The following are the rules to have a positive approach towards our life.

    1. Thinking positive:-

    Thinking positive, that is thinking in the right manner is very important. Before coming to a conclusion, an individual must think weather it is right or wrong. It is very easy to give a negative impression on the situation, but it is very difficult to come across it. It is comparatively very easy to draw a negative impression on someone else but it is a tough situation when comes to you. So, never come to a conclusion without thinking twice or thrice.

    2. Correcting someone else:-

    Being positive doesn’t mean only you to be positive but it is also equally important to correct others who are not understanding the situation and are in a negative approach towards the situation. Correcting others might take 5 to 10 minutes but the change in them is in their whole life. One should never feel shy or guilty to correct someone else’s mistake. As a human, it is the responsibility of the person to correct someone else’s mistake.

    3. Never fell low at an failure:-

    And individual must never feel low when they fail in any situation. Instead, they should try and try until they succeed. Everyone must learn from their mistakes and failures rather than crying over the failures. Failing in a situation or an aspect is OK but failing again is not up to the mark. One must learn from their failures and mistakes and must gain the attention and the knowledge and must grow up.

    A balanced diet means, consuming of adequate amount of vitamins minerals and all the requirements to the body.Balanced diet plays a very crucial role in making the individual to be fitter and healthier. It is known that, many of the people do not follow the balanced diet and fell sick every time. It is so important and a necessary thing to do for a healthy lifestyle. There are things which people take very easily but which has lots of consequences in the future.

    There are some methods for following the balance diet. These are the following.

    include the following :

    1.Healthy and nutritious food:-

    It is very important to consume healthy and nutritious food every day. To gain a sufficient amount of nutrients and and to be healthy it is very important to consume nutritious food. Consuming nutritious food helps us to gain sufficient energy. Being healthy prevents us from Many deadly diseases.

    2. Exercise:-

    Exercising at least for 10 to 15 minutes a day help the individual to be physically fit and also mentally strong. Exercising every day is a very good habit which everyone need to make it and perfect habit to do. Exercising 10 to 15 minutes also relieves us from the stress and the tension we have had. So, it is better to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes even in our hectic schedule an exercise.

    3. Yoga:-

    Yoga relives from the stress and tension we have had. Sparing at least 10 to 15 minutes time on yoga benefit is a lot. It relaxes the muscle and comes to mind. It helps to be physically fit and mentally strong. All the asanas and pranayama helps to Gain strength and to be physically fit.

    3. Meditation:-

    Meditating for certain minutes helps to calm the brain and soul. It helps and relieving the stress and the tension we have had. It helps us to focus on the things which we are willing to do. It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and a mandatory practice an individual must obtain and must follow without any delays.

    If an individual follows a diet of healthy and nutritious food, exercise and yoga,it helps the individual to be physically fit and mentally strong.

    Yes, In today’s world everyone is fighting for money. It is a proven fact. We all know that, none of our dreams are fulfilled without the money. It is very important and a crucial one to limit the use of money. But, it is also true that money cannot buy happiness.

    1. Bonding:-

    Money cannot buy the bonding which we have with our friends and family members. We can buy things which are needed for us but we cannot buy the bonding which we have between our friends and our family. There are situations where people cannot buy the things and the bonding is one of them.

    2. Happiness:-

    The happiness of being with the friends and family cannot be bought by the money it is only felt. There are things which cannot be bought by the money and happiness is one of them. An individual can be happy with the money but he cannot buy the happiness with the money.

    3. Love:-

    Love isn’t another thing that cannot be bought with the money. Any reason we can have love towards the money but he or she cannot buy the law with the money. The love that is felt by our family and friends is irreplaceable and can never be bought with the money. This is another example that an individual cannot by love.

    3. Health:-

    Health is the another most important thing which cannot be bought with the money. One can go to the hospital and can pay the money but they cannot buy the Health.

    4. Time:-

    Time is the most important thing which can never come back once it’s gone. Mondy can never buy the time. The time that is lost is already lost and can never come back.

    It is the fact that the social media has ruined the lives of the people especially the teenagers.

    There is a limit for everything, also in case of the social media. One can use it to develop themselves but not to waste the time . It is very important to know the need to of the social media. Many of the teenagers are found to be on the social media at least for 5 to 6 hours a day. There is no need to be in front of the social media and surfing all the day. One must not waste the time because the wasted time can never come back.

    The private life has become the public life. Every individual is thinking that it is right to post everything on social media but they never knew that it’s not good for them. Many of the teenagers post their private pictures in the social media .It has become a daily habit to all the teenagers and even the kids to surf the phone. It is such a bad habit that one shouldn’t develop.

    It is good to use the social media for the business purposes, education, health etc. but not to waste the time necessarily and to use it for unnecessary chats.

    There are many disadvantages of using the mobile more than the usage. Some of them include the following:-

    1. Sight defect:-

    when we use the mobile for longer period of time , the retina gets damaged and the side defect gets increased.

    2. Stress and headache:-

    stress and headache are the most common things which all the people are coming across these days. This is because stressing the brain for longer cars. At least there must be a 10 to 15 minutes gap for every one hour of using the mobile phone or laptop.

    3.Radiation:-

    The mobile phones emit 10 times more radiation when in the low battery mode. So, it is a very bad thing for an individual to expose to the radiation.

    The mobile phone is a small the device with the world within. It is a very useful device which an individual can use for all the purposes like texting,calling,gaming etc.

    Advantages:-

    1.Business purposes:-

    It is a very useful device to promote the products and to improve the business in the social media. This improves the sales of the products and results in good amount of profits.

    2. Work becomes easy:-

    Reading books and the novels helps the individual in numerous ways. Cultivating the habit of reading books and novels is a very important one. There are reasons why and individual must go for reading books and novels and the reasons are the following:

    1. Improves language:-

    Reading books and novels in some of the languages helps the individual to get grip over the language and develop in the particular field. Developing over the language helps us a lot when we move from place to place. Improving language helps us to find a way when no one else is there to help us out.

    It is said that the good book is like a best friend because it motivates us like our best friend.

    Like that of an hour best friend, a book teaches us, motivates, make us laugh, make us cry etc.

    Yes, the lockdown is the perfect solution for Covid crisis. This is because, it keeps the people distanced.

    An individual follows all the precautionary measures like sanitizing ,masking up and etc. but none of them can make the individual distanced to the other person.

    So, it is very important for a person to be distanced in this critical situation. It is also very important to care for the health. Distancing is one of the methods to care. Even though the person takes all the precautions like sanitizing, masking up, etc. falling under the Covid. Now a days, the people are being tested positive for Covid even if they are not roaming outside. This is because that is the spread of the virus even through the air. So it is recommended for everybody to stay in their homes.

    Social media is the platform where an individual can share the things with the society. It’s a platform where we can share all the things which we are willing to share with the society.     People are using the social media to chitchat with each other. But it isn’t a thing to develop. It has gone wrong by wasting most of the time.     School picnic to a village

    Going for a picnic to a village is a very good decision that one can be. School picnic that is going with all the friends and some of the staff is a very interesting and joyful thing. Rounding the village helps the child do you know what is the importance of the village and how the villagers are surviving. It is a mandatory thing for everybody to know the importance of the village and to show the respect towards the village people.

    In the villages we can come across trees ,farms, buffalos,etc. It is important to know what a village consist of and what are the culture.
