Leader is the person who guides us and motivates us in life. So that means not everyone can be a good leader. There are some qualities which should be in a good leader, let’s see what are qualities that a group leader have-

Confidence:-

Confidence is one of the important qualities of any group leader. Any good leader should have been confident enough to make changes and challenge the norms. Leaders’ confidence encourages other people. Their confidence keeps others on. In any different situation a calm and confident leader helps a team to go through it.

Integrity:-

No leader can be good enough without integrity. Integrity is the most important quality of not only a leader but also a human being. Nobody can not trust a person they don’t trust. By integrity and honestly you earn the trust and respect of others.

Value others:-

A self centered person can not be able to be a good leader. You should value other people and their opinion to earn their respect. A selfish and self centered person only thinks about themselves not others, this kind of person can not influence others for good.

Empathy:-

A leader must be empathetic towards others. Empathy is important because it is the reason for fair judgement. It helps you to increase your humanity. And humanity is the greatest quality of any leader. Respect and love of other people only can earn any empathy and humanity.

Great Communication Skills:-

A great leader must have great communication skills. Without it they can’t influence others. It helps to build others’ mindset and make things clear to others. The motivation, emotional, dignity of a leader can also be found by communication.

These are some qualities of a group leader. There are obviously many more, but these are the most important qualities.

The vanishing of wildlife has become a serious issue this point .Wildlife may be a very significant a part of the environment. It provides stability in several parts of nature. it’s important to take care of biodiversity within the environment. we will not survive on earth without the support of wildlife. We are a crucial a part of wildlife to form ecological balance on earth. it’s a really important role in our life .Wildlife helps to take care of the ecological balance within the earth. Killing of carnivores leads to a rise within the number of herbivores. This incident makes the whole forest into vegetation. thanks to lack of food within the forest they are available out from the forest to agricultural land and destroy our crops. So thus you’ll know that wildlife helps in maintaining ecological balance even by being predators of each other . the main reason for ecological development is because the animals are great predators. So, if this stability in nature disturbed it results in many problems within the environment. Wildlife played a crucial role in our economy. Wildlife provides us with raw materials which are basic materials to start out an industry. Many wild plants is the provider of many of our foods, medicines, timbers, fibres etc. The products like meat, medicines, hide, ivory, lac,silk, etc is also come from wild animals. So wildlife is a crucial factor to develop our world. So hence wildlife played a crucial role within the development of the economy. Many animals like chimpanzees, monkeys and rats are wont to experiment many things before trying it on humans. So it’s proved that wildlife supports science alot. In various ways wildlife supports us so we should always conserve the wildlife and protect them.

Aquatic life

Aquatic animals are those kinds of animals who live under the water. Aquatic lives are different from the lives of the animals on land. They breathe inside the water. They also need oxygen but their process of inhaling is much more different than other animals on land. We breathe oxygen through air and they breathe it through water. Aquatic animals usually don’t get contact with the world outside water. Water is the whole world of aquatic animals. Not only animals there are also many plants which live under the water. We all also need water for living, but we need it in a different way. We drink the water but aquatic animals live inside the water. Aquatic animals live in the water bodies, like ponds, lakes, rivers, and the sea. But there are also some aquatic animals who can live in both water and land. Like frogs, ducks, and many more. But the animal that comes to our mind as aquatic animals is fish. Dolphins, sharks are also aquatic animals. There are also many different kinds of species in world those lived inside the aquatic world. Some of the aquatic animals breathe through gills and some of them breathe through skin. They have a very sensitive body so we should carefully deal with them. But in these days we humans lives their life hell. We throw garbage, plastic, oils and many more things under the water which make them die. In every year approximately over billions of fishes and aquatic animals found dead near the shores of water. Every animals in the planet are important to keep the biodiversity. But we are forgetting that throw ourselves into destruction. We better stops now and s spread awareness to others. It will make both our and their lives much more beautiful.

I’m a laptop. My name is Lenovo. I am golden in colour. My origin is Chinese. It was first made in a factory in India. The workers of the factory took so many times to make me. I have so many features. So I am very popular among the customers. After I am fully made, the worker’s manufacturer puts me in a box. And they supply me in a truck. There are so many laptops with me. We all were going to the same end point. After a while, we reached our destination. It was a shopping mall. I was put in the Lenovo store of the mall. There were so many Lenovo electronics besides laptops, there were phones, headphones, iPad, computers and many more. I was so happy to be there. I was getting very bored and staying for somebody to arrive and take me up with him. After some time a couple came into the store they asked for laptops. The salesgirl in the store showed me that they liked my colour so they bought me. I am also very excited to go to the new place. They brought me for the lady. The Lady was so excited to have me. They put so much software on me. I also had a new feeling. Most of her time she is with me. But sometimes I do feel bored. But I am so happy now. Because I have my own world of family.

Sentence is a very important part of English grammar. We can be able to get strong in English grammar if we can adapt the methods of build a sentence. Let’s learn the definition of sentence;

Sentence is a group of word which is together make a complete sence. It contains full stop(.), question mark (?), and exclamatory sing(!).

So there’s a ,if a group of words together make a sentences? No it’s can’t be called sentence, for a example : “Cricket play Sachin daily”- you see there four meaningful words are together, but can you call it a sentence? No! because it doesn’t mean sense. For making sentence you have to make a sentence which can make sense and be meaningful. Example-” Sachin play cricket daily “.It do make sense right! So it is a accurate sentence.

Types of sentence:

There are four types of sentence,

1) Declarative sentence

2) Interrogative sentence

3) Imperatives sentence

4) Exclamatory sentence

1) Declarative sentence:- Declarative sentence means a sentence which express a statement or declaration. This type of sentence is use to convey a massage, or expressing your view or opinion on a particular point topic.

Example- I like to eat chocolate.

I take bath daily.

2) Interrogative sentence:- Interrogative sentence is a sentence which use to ask questions.

Example- What do you like to eat?

Do you like to read books?

3) Imperatives sentence- Imperatives sentence is a sentence which is use to ask command or order,offer a advice or make a request.

Example- Stop the car immediately.

Please forgive me.

4) Exclamatory sentence:- Exclamatory sentence is a sentence which is use to convey emotion, it ends with a exclamatory sing (!).

Example- Wow, this place is amazing!

Swami vivekanand

Swami vivekanand was a great Indian monk and spiritual leader. His birth anniversary is celebrate as National youth day. Swami vivekanand was born On 12th January 1863 at Calcutta. His pre-monastic name was Narendra nath Dutta. His father name is Vishwanath Dutta , a famous lawyer. His mother name is Bhubaneswari devi, a housewife. He was very intelligent and scholer , always great in studies. As well as he was very mischievous also. The cast and class discrimination always hit little Naran, he always raised question about it. Meditation was his favorite play, he always love to meditate with his friends.He studied in Metropolitan Institute and later on Presidency college. His life completely changed after his father’s death, he learn the true meaning of life by his guru Sri Ramakrishna Paramhans dev. After his death he devoted himself into spread his religious across the world. He became brhamhacharya for lifetime.He also made Ramakrishna mission at 1897.In 1893, he gave a very famous speech in Chicago, which is still recognised by people now.All the valuable ideas and knowledge of Swamiji are great assets of Philosophy. His viewshelp youth in knowing about the advanced philosophy of the Vedanta and Raj Yoga. The spiritual knowledge of Swamiji engages in works of social and educational purposes. He has also discovered various mathematical topics for religious teaching. This great leader passed away at 4th July, 1902 at a very young age of 39.

How Covid Pandemic Change Our life

It’s been one year since the Covid-19 pandemic hit our life. Our lives change overnight for this virus. It’s brings so many changes in our lives that we could hardly ever imagine.First off all we all become isolated after discovered the quick spreading of this virus. All of public places like- cinema hall, restaurant, bar, malls soon become close. So we isolated from all the public place so soon we become alone and unsocial, I think that’s become the biggest change of our life.AlsobThere are so many daily labor, artist, workers loose their jobs for this critical situation, so the poverty level increase a lot.Face mask become our regular mate for this pandemic. We can’t go out anyway without wearing it.Economic conditions changed a lot specially for the mediocre and poor people the prices of our regular stuffs become so high, so there are so many difficulties we have to face for this. These are the negative change in our lives but there are some positive change too, like we lean to value our family, we all become so busy in our daily business that we hardly ever spend time with family, so it’s a positive one.

So there are so many negative and positive changes that Covid-19 made in our life. But main things are we have fight with virus. For win this battle we have be careful and positive, and always spread awareness.

Conjunction is a part of parts of speech. Parts of speech is the most important part in grammar. We can not learn grammar without understand parts of speech , so as a part of it conjunction is also very important in grammar. So let’s learn about conjunction

Definition:-

Conjunction is a part of speech which is use to join different words, phrase or sentences.

Let’s learn conjunction with examples-

She didn’t speak to anyone, and nobody speak to her.

See carefully, here ” She didn’t speak to anyone ” is a sentence and ” Nobody speak to her” is a sentence. These two are meaningful and different sentences. So the word join them together is “and”.This is the thing which join the sentences together. So in this sentences ” and ” is a conjunction.

Types of conjunction:-

There are three types of conjunction

1) Coordinating Conjunctions

2) Subordinating Conjunctions

3) Correlative Conjunctions

1) Coordinating Conjunctions:- Coordinating Conjunctions is a conjunction which join two sentences of equal grammatical rank and synthetic importance.like for, and so, yet, or etc.

Example:- I will go to shopping or I will got to campaign.

I feel hungry so I made sandwich

2) Subordinating Conjunctions:-

Subordinating Conjunctions is a conjunction which join sentences using where, when, while, before, after,because, once, though etc.

Example:- I read newspaper because it provides information.

The train reach the station before us.

3) Correlative Conjunctions:- Correlative Conjunctions is a pair words which are use to connect the parts of sentences which are equal value, by using not only – but also, as-as, rather-than, neither-nor, both-and etc.

Example- Maya can both sing and dance.

We can’t think of our lives without it .In earlier time mobile phones were only used for communication but today it’s being used on various purpose.Most of the people have smart phones on their hands.By using phones we all are become a part of modern technology which gives us so many power. On the other hand it can destroy our lives. So there are some advantages and disadvantages of using mobile phone,

Advantages of mobile phone:-

1)We can communicate with people very easily.

2) There are so many online platform like- Facebook, Instagram, what’s app by which we can communicate with people around the world.

3)If we are having any problem in understanding a meaning ,finding information, learn about something we can get it by a second by google it.

4) We can buy and sell products by using various apps.

5) We can also entertain ourselves by using social media by online games, watching flims, listening to music,reading books which are not currently available in our near by shopes.

6) In this pandemic situation mobiles helps us by attending online classes and office meetings.

Disadvantages of mobile phones:-

1) Mobile phones make our kids very introvert , they seems to have no interest in outdoor playing games.

2) Mobile phones distract us from all of our daily works. The youth become so much addicted towards it.

3) The young generations are trapped on using social media by hackers, become the victims of cyber crime.

4) Mobile phones can also caused cyber bullying, it can cause mental trauma, anxiety and often make to feel us low.

5) Mobile phone also can effect on our organ by its harmful rays, this rays can effect on our eyes, brain, ear.

6) In this pandemic situation most of the class are held by online video calling apps but it’s very difficult for the children of ruler areas as they don’t get network connection and smart phones so it’s cause the downfall of their education.

Rabindranath Tagore

Rabindranath Tagore was a great Indian poet, patriot, writer and painter. He is known to be as “Biswa kobi”.He was born in elite family on 7th May 1861 at Jorashako Thakurbar in Kolkata. His father’s name is Maharshi Debendranath Tagore , a human activist and his mother name is Sarada Devi. He took education at home under private tutor on various subjects. He began to write poems from a very young age. Rabindranath Tagore began to write drama from sixteen years of age. At the age of twenty, Rabindranath Tagore wrote original dramatic piece Valmiki Pratibha.In 1890 he wrote another drama work Visarjan. Visarjan is probably the best drama work of Rabindranath Tagore.Tagore certainly wrote numerous stories from 1891 to 1895.His notable works are Gora, Ghore Baire, Gitanjali . He wrote eight notable novels. Furthermore, he wrote four novellas. The best collection of poetry of Rabindranath Tagore is Gitanjali. Most noteworthy, Rabindranath Tagore received the Nobel Prize in 1913 for Gitanjali.The man enjoys the reputation of writing a mighty 2230 songs. The popular name in usage is rabindrasangit.His famous song Amar Shonar Bangla is the national anthem of Bangladesh. Above all, he wrote the national anthem of India Jana Gana Mana. Rabindranath Tagore did renunciation of his knighthood, he took this step to protest the devastated Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919. He also started the Rakhi festival as a symbol of solidarity and brotherhood between Hindu and Muslim. He was also the founder of “Viswa bharati “.This legendary figure died at the age of 80 on 7th August, 1941 at Kolkata.

Impact of plastic on our eco system

Plastic has become a very important part of our daily. Specifically for urban areas. People are obsessed with it , we regularly use it. It is seen to be every were like market place, shopping mall and also in our own houses too. We never thought off the massive account of harm it can cause on our environment. So first off we all know that we always need to avoid Non-biodegradable products as it’s very harmful towards our nature ,but still can’t able to avoid the plastic which is Non-biodegradable waste too. So plastic is a very harmful products which can ruin the eco system totally. There are some reason how it can cause harm towards the environment, we all know that plastic is a non-biodegradable material so it can’t totally destroy or dissolve , it always exist forever. As it eternal that’s the massive use of it cause a higher level of pollution in the nature. Plastic effect the whole nature and world including human life, wildlife, aquatic life. Plastic pollution our water, soil, and also do harm aquatic animals. Every year a large amount plastic was found from wate , it leads to the water become unpurified, so you can imagine how much it can effect on our lives. Plastic are always found on the land so it effect on the fertility rate of the soil and totally ruined it. Some of the aquatic animals mistakenly swallow it and choked to death. Apparently, a record showed that most of dolphins died due to plastic, they accidentally ate it and it stuck in their mouth so they can’t able to eat anything and die due to starvation. So we can see how much plastic harmfully effect on the eco system.We should always prevent using plastic and always prefer biodegradable meterial.

We encounter with pollution in various ways and various places.there are many types of pollution like – water pollution, air pollution, soil pollution, sound pollution etc. There are some ways to prevent and control pollution. So there are different steps we can take for this different kinds of pollution. So here I briefly discuss some ways of control three most effective pollution-

The Control of Water pollution:-

The rates of water pollution increases day by day. The main cause of this pollution are the waste from household, agriculture land, factories get trough into lakes. So there are some ways to control it ,

• Reduce using of cemical to wash your stuff.
• Don’t wash clothes, dishes at nearby water body.
• Always clean Water bodies.
• Don’t pee or poop outside toilet.
• Try to preserve rain water.
• Reduce use chemical fertilizer on lands.

Control of air pollution:-

Air pollution also become a part of daily life. When we go outside we have to save polluted air. The cause of air pollution are rush driving, polluted air out from the factories chimney , deforestation etc. So there are some ways to control it, like

• Pant trees .
• Stop rush driving
• Avoid burning leafs, trash, and chemicals.
• Reduce the use of wood stove .
• Recycle and reuse items.
• Reduce of use air conditioner.

Control of Soil pollution:-

Soil pollution rates are increase very much. Soil effect in our lives deeply. As soil is the main thing for making grains. The main cause of soil pollution are using of cemical fertilizer, plastic use, deforestation. So there are some ways to control it, like

• Avoid deforestation, and increase planting trees
• Reduce using chemical fertilizers.
• Stop the usage of plastic.
• Always trough waste on dustbin.
• Always use biodegradable meterial.
• Avoid using Non-biodegradable meterial.
