Technology has advanced alot in these previous years. It helped alot in making our lives easier. From replacing the broom from vaccume cleaner, to making the clock portable which can be taken with us wherever we go ie- hand watches.
From telephone to portable mobile phones, technology has been usefull for all of us. But all the things we have has certain limits it used more than the limits and negatively can cause huge problem for us and the society. Some people use missuse technology for easy money leading to creating isssues for the society. People are getting addicted to the technology. School children are getting phones for the whole day . They don’t know what is wrong and right all they do is trying to know everything that in there on the internet leading them to know which is not for there age group. Addiction to technology causes alot of mental issues like depression, stress, anxiety which can only be recovered from leaving away the technology. Students waste there time on phone and instead of studying just do stuffs that can make them lazy and mentally weak. All the things have two aspects one the positive one and one the negative one based on how we use it. Technology for sure has made our life easier but on the other hand the crime rate has also increased. People with intention of earning easy money starts walking on the wrong path. The cyber crime have also increased due to the advancement of technology. Due to getting technology sources at early age a person’s mind divert towards wrong things as it looks more interesting and less need of hard work. It becomes easier for people to lay down towards easy doing work then the hard work. We should always keep in mind to use all own resources in a positive to way as it creates positive impact on us as well as the society. -
The human body is made up of cells. The cells perform various activities such as nutrition, excretion, transport, and reproduction. They require energy to carry out these processes. This energy is provided by the food we eat.
The food has energy stored in it. This energy is liberated during respiration. The air we inhale contains oxygen. It is transported to different parts of the body and finally the cells. The oxygen in the cells assists in disintegrating the food. Consequently, energy is released. This process is known as cellular respiration.
The food is disintegrated in the cells into water and carbon dioxide with the help of oxygen. This process of breakdown of food in the presence of oxygen is known as aerobic respiration. When the food is disintegrated without the use of oxygen, it is known as anaerobic respiration. Energy is released upon the break down of food.
Respiration transforms energy stored in foods eaten by organism into energy that can be used for metabolic processes that sustain organism’s life.
Importance of the respiratory system is critical. Organisms can endure many days without food but cannot survive for more than few minutes if respiration does not takes place.
Muscle Cramps:-
The muscle cells also can anaerobically respire during cycling, running, heavy exercise. During exercise, the energy required is very high, however, the oxygen supplied to release the energy is restricted. To meet the energy demands, anaerobic respiration takes place. Cramps arise when the muscles respire anaerobically. After a massage, the blood circulation increases, thereby oxygen supply to the cells increases -
Technology has become a very important part of today’s time. People are dependent on technology for each and every things. It is because due to technology our lives have become very easy. Also in this lockdown people have become much more dependent of technology than before. From online classes to online office.But as it is said that excesss of every thing is bad due to overuse of technology people have started forgetting how to live life to the fullest. There excpectation with life has changed. Everyone’s happiness depends on the technology. The kids are being affected the most. All they want in life is a mobile phone tablet ac for happy life. New born kids are more using mobile. Parents are giving there children mobile phones so they do not get irritated and annoy them. Children are interested in spending more time in front of television and mobile phones in place of going out and playing. Things have changed alot technology has become a kind of compulsion too because if a person is not connected to the technology it is sure they won’t be updated with what’s happening around and they will be left behind from others.
Right now due to the pandemic the classes for children are going on in the online mode. They have to spend half of the days watching on the screen which causes alot of effect on there eyes. They seem to be more interested in online games, movies, cartoons and have totally forgotten what outdoor games like kabbadi, pittoo, cricket etc. This is the duty of the parents to make sure they make there children connect to the outdoor mode of gaming , and avoiding indoor mode of gaming as much as possible. Use of technology cannot be just stopped but children’s attention can be removed from and replace it from more mind and creative games. -
It is very important for us to have a positive approach towards life and remove negativity from life. It helps us in our growth and development as a person in our professional and personal lifes. If from a very young age people keep a positive outlook they will be able to take up each opportunity as a step for there growth. A positive person surely succeeds in life. Positivity leads to healthy mental health ensuring peace and harmony in life. There are ways in which positivity can be maintained. The prime way is to do yogas and excercise. It helps to relax body and mind and the person starts feeling peaceful. Right now as the present time is very critical it is very important to cut off the strings for the covid news. The charts and death rates are very horrifying and has the ability to tilt the mind towards negative thoughts. Make a routine, follow it and make sure to give time to hobbies, skills develop good habbits because our mind know the difference between what are we doing and what we should be doing. When we do the things which we are supposed to do our positivity and confidence increases. Positivity is also maintained if we take balanced diet containing of all the important vitamins and mineral and all the essential proteins, fats carbohydrates and other components. Staying with our family friends and closed ones and communicating with them about our thoughts. Positivity comes from within and no one around can convince us to think positively. Try and keep yourself motivated and positive. Read, reading helps alot. It helps a person to relive thousands of life in just one life. It pushes the ability of the mind to think more. A good book can create a deep impact on a person’s mind and there way of thinking.

In this hard time which we are going through it is very important for us to stay fit mentally and physically. Physical health is generally taken very seriously but one the other hand mental health is something which is not even talked about. People are suffering from pandemic anxiety with is leading them to lack of confidence and depression. Mental health is also equally important infact it can be said that it is more important as a person suffering from physical pain but having stress free mental state can be cured within few days whereas person suffering from no physical health issue but struggling with mental health issues takes lot of years and specialised treatment for recovery . Healthy mental state can be maintained by practicing the stress management techniques. Some of them are-
1. Exercising and yogas:- These play a very important role in controlling our stress. Long breathing helps to relax our body ,normalise our pulse rate and oxygen rate.
Excercises like stretching and taking massages also helps body and mind to relax.
2. Taking breaks:- Taking break from the normal work schedule and doing thing which makes us happy helps in relieving stress . It can be cooking, dancing, singing. Anything which makes us happy.
Spending time doing our hobbies will help our mind to stop thinking in a particular direction which is causing stress or affecting mental peace.
3. Eating healthy:- Consuming balanced diet helps our body to stay healthy and healthy body leads to healthy mind.
4. Working on the problem:- Working on the problem and discussing with the specialised people helps in solving it which leads to better mental state and healthy mind.
5. Talk with people around:- Talking plays a very important role in releasing stress. Knowing about people around and most importantly surrounding people with same ambition and mind set gives a lot of support and motivation for a person. -
Soil erosion is the process by which the topmost fertile layer of the soil is removed due to any physical impacts such as wind water or any animal. Due to this process the soil loses it’s nutrition. It also takes place due to some of the human activities such as deforestation. It can be said that Deforestation is the major problem that is causing erosion . People cut trees for there needs due to which the roots leave the soil and phenomenons like floods and landslides take place.Even agriculture causes soil erosion as for agriculture tress are removed and seeds are sowned in the on month of spring with causes it be barrened in the months of winter. Grazing of animals like sheeps and cows also also causes soil erosion as while grazing they remove the plants from there roots. For construction of buildings tractors are been drove in order to level the ground causing the fertile soil to get eroded.
There are various impacts of soil erosion. The soil looses its nutrients while effects the growth of the crops. It also causes natural calamities such as earthquakes and landslides.
There are ways in which soil can be prevented from eroding. The soil should not be left barrened instead grasses and shrub should be grown on the land. Keep the drainage system of you building our house clear so that the wasted water is not gone to the garden as the overflow of water can cause erosion. Do not over water the plants. The older plants which have the roots attached to the ground are more helpfull in controlling the erosion than the plants which are new and there roots are not very strong. Fertilisers and nutrients should be added to the soil in order to maintain it’s nutritive value of the soil so that it can give rise to a healthy plant. -
Digestion is a very important process for the proper functioning of our body. Through the process of digestion the nutrients and water is absorbed from the food and used up in the body which gives energy to the body to perform work. Even the working of organs in our body needs energy.The process through which the food enters our body and is then passed through various organs in order to get digested is governed by the digestive system. It comprises of various glands and organs such as salivary glands, mouth, esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine, rectum and anus.
Initially food enters our body from the mouth, the fluid secreted by the salivary gland moistens the food and the teeth churns it. The churned food with the saliva then goes into the food pipe called the esophagu sand through food pipe it reaches the stomach. In stomach it stays for 5-6 hours where the food is mixed and grinded and with the help of certain enzymes and acids the food breaks down and becomes of a paste consistency.
Then the food enters the small intestine where the process of breaking down of food continues with the help of the secreation of pancreas that is pancreatic juice and liver is bile. Here, the nutrients and broken down into its simplest form such as proteins are broken into amino acids, fats into fatty acids and then are absorbed.
Then the semi liquid paste enters the large intestine where the water and electrolytes are absorbed from the digested food.
Then the left over waste collected in the rectum and excreted through the anus and is eliminated out.
For the process of digestion to take place smoothly as it helps the smoothen the movement of food in the system and cleanses the digestive system. By taking the right amout of water constipation does not takes place. -

For the student covid-19 brought a lot of struggle,opportunities and time. Initially when the pandemic started, there was loss of studies and then the whole platform was converted into the online mode. At first teachers too had to face problem to handle the teaching on the internet but gradually with patience and experience everything started going smooth. But there are problems that just cannot be solved like the internet connection,problem in the device. These remain a permanent problem in the online mode of education. But the teachers are trying there best to teach there students well in the easiest way possible. But it has a positive side as well. As the students remain at there home they get a lot of extra time which can be used effectively. With a productive life style, positive outlook and investing the time in a particular direction which is good for the person will definitely give a bright result.
This pandemic has been a tough experience for the students sitting for an entrance exam. The dates were postponed again and again which demotivated the students. These students were the most effected. Many Upsc aspirants had to sell tea and biscuits and other stall so that they do not have to ask for money from there parents. Postponeding the exam also increased the stress in the student which resulted in declining interest in studies.
I would suggest such students to continue with there studies not leave it for a long period of time,keep revision, even for 1-2 hour. Regularity is what matters the most. Meditate, exercise and take healthy to keep yourself mentally and physically fit.
Pandemic and lockdown have been a challenge for the people around the world but all we can do is to wait patiently, with a positive attitude, hoping for a better tomorrow. -

Empowerment is a term which is used frequently in todays time. The meaning of empowerment is to have authority and power to take decision for onself the power of being equal to men. Women empowerment is very important because now a day woman walk shoulder to shoulder with man. There is no way a woman can bhi differeciated from a man in the aspect of studies,career and labour so women have the right to take there own decision and there should not be any man representing her thoughts or ideas. She is the one who should be taking decision for herself and also the responsibility of the outcome. There has been a traditional mind set that a woman needs either her father or her husband to take decision for her and she has to obey it but now the things and the scenerio have changed a lot. Even in our present cabinate we have women minister like Smriti Irani, Nirmala sitharaman, Harsimrit kaul badal who have been given the opportunity to take decision for the country’s welfare in there recpective departments. Now a days women are educated enough to analyse the situation, face it’s outcome and take responsibility and decision. They should be trusted in this aspect as everyone knows woman are more likely to manage the responsibility and are multi talented.
Everyone above the age of 18 have the right to take there own decisions and whether it is and independent decision or in the influence of some other person. Parents should start teaching there daughters that they are the one who will have to take decision for themselves and teach them what is wrong and write. Parents should make sure that there children specially the daughters start taking decision for an early age and also face it outcomes so that till the time they become independent they now how to think in which situation. It will help them to become more responsible. -
