1. Eating healthy food and reducing the uses of junk food:-
In the current scenario, many of the teenagers prefer eating junk food rather than eating healthy and nutritious food. It is such a bad habit which degrades the health day by day. It is not known in a single day but the consequences are seen later. It is very important for an individual to take healthy and nutritious food in order to be healthy and in order and to be active. Once a person is healthy and active, he or she can do wonders.
2. Exercise and yoga:-
Exercise and yoga or the two important things which a person should Necessarily follow without any hesitation Exercising for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day strengthens the muscles and helps the body to recover from all the bad sins and removes all the toxins from the body. Yoga or meditation is a mandatory thing which an individual must follow because 10 to 15 minutes of yoga and meditation keeps the mind and soul calm. Exercising not only strengthens the muscle but also equally importantly it gives us the confidence to do the things without losing the focus. Meditating for at least 10 to 15 minutes and practicing as Nas reveals the individual from the stress and the tension they have had.
3.postive mindset:-
The individual must never lose the confidence and must never feel low whenever they fail in the situation or lose in a particular thing. Positive mindset is very important to develop the productivity because if an individual fails in the situation, they must never give up instead they must try and try until they succeed. This is why positive mindset is very important and plays a crucial role in increasing productivity.

The pandemic collapsed our economy, health, education etc. In the initial stages of the coronavirus, there are many people who faced plenty of the problems. This is because, everyone is afraid of coming out and to help at least.
Not only in the initial stages of the coronavirus but also in the second wheel it is a top situation to all the citizens of India. It is a bit OK with the rich person’s but it is the toughest situation to all the poor people and also to the middle class people.
The rich people who are affected with the coronavirus isolated themselves and are in a separate room. But, when coming to the situation of a poor person it is a deadly task. Basically, the poor person’s house is very small and it is very difficult to isolate themselves from there and the only option they have is that they can stay in the hospital. But, it is also a tough situation because they cannot pay the money.
Once if the poor man is affected by the coronavirus it is a very drastic situation and And the family must count the days that they have eaten. It is a bit OK with the rich person’s because they have the capacity to buy the food and capacity to get over the Covid but whereas in the condition of the poor person it is a difficult situation.
Usually, In India the number of poor families are comparatively more. Once a person in the family is affected by the COVID-19 , it is very difficult for the family members to lead the family. That’s the reason why many people are facing the shortage of food and it has become the major problem in India.

1. Bonding:-
Money cannot buy the bonding which we have with our friends and family members. We can buy things which are needed for us but we cannot buy the bonding which we have between our friends and our family. There are situations where people cannot buy the things and the bonding is one of them.
2. Happiness:-
The happiness of being with the friends and family cannot be bought by the money it is only felt. There are things which cannot be bought by the money and happiness is one of them. An individual can be happy with the money but he cannot buy the happiness with the money.
3. Love:-
Love isn’t another thing that cannot be bought with the money. Any reason we can have love towards the money but he or she cannot buy the law with the money. The love that is felt by our family and friends is irreplaceable and can never be bought with the money. This is another example that an individual cannot by love.
3. Health:-
Health is the another most important thing which cannot be bought with the money. One can go to the hospital and can pay the money but they cannot buy the Health.
4. Time:-
Time is the most important thing which can never come back once it’s gone. Mondy can never buy the time. The time that is lost is already lost and can never come back.

It is known that, many of the people do not follow the balanced diet and fell sick every time. It is so important and a necessary thing to do for a healthy lifestyle. There are things which people take very easily but which has lots of consequences in the future.
There are some methods for following the balance diet. These are the following.

It also equally helps us to be mentally strong. It is such a good and a mandatory practice an individual must obtain and must follow without any delays.

Everyone looks at the situation in a different manner but it doesn’t mean to look in a negative manner. There are people who don’t understand things and behaves very childish. I did write some rules to have a positive approach towards our life. The following are the rules to have a positive approach towards our life.
1. Thinking positive:-
Thinking positive, that is thinking in the right manner is very important. Before coming to a conclusion, an individual must think weather it is right or wrong. It is very easy to give a negative impression on the situation, but it is very difficult to come across it. It is comparatively very easy to draw a negative impression on someone else but it is a tough situation when comes to you. So, never come to a conclusion without thinking twice or thrice.
2. Correcting someone else:-
Being positive doesn’t mean only you to be positive but it is also equally important to correct others who are not understanding the situation and are in a negative approach towards the situation. Correcting others might take 5 to 10 minutes but the change in them is in their whole life. One should never feel shy or guilty to correct someone else’s mistake. As a human, it is the responsibility of the person to correct someone else’s mistake.
3. Never fell low at an failure:-
And individual must never feel low when they fail in any situation. Instead, they should try and try until they succeed. Everyone must learn from their mistakes and failures rather than crying over the failures. Failing in a situation or an aspect is OK but failing again is not up to the mark. Plastic waste is the waste produced by the plastic after its usage. The plastic waste has reached in very higher amounts nowadays. Putting their needs and uses aside, it is very important to save our mother earth from the plastic waste.
Now a days, it has become the most prominent problem in the whole world. It is not an individual problem but it is the whole nation’s problem. Here and there we can see the plastic covers, plastic glasses, plastic wrappers etc. are seen on the road sides. It is very important to not throw them on the roadside because some of the animals consume the plastic instead of the food they are eating. And it has become the threat to their lives. To reduce the uses of plastic and to see your mother that there are some alternatives,
1. We can use Jute bags instead of the plastic bags which create harm to the nature. The Jute bags are eco-friendly and are easily degradable. Using jute bags helps us to reduce the uses of plastic bags to some extent. The use of plastic is reduced to some extent with jute bags.
2. Plastic glasses can be replaced by the paper glasses. Nowadays we can see the portable paper glasses which are highly recommended as they are eco-friendly and easy degradable.
3. We can replace plastic bottles by the copper bottles or some other bottles. The use of plastic bottles are very high, so we can replace the plastic bottles with the alternatives.
In one or the other way, we must try to reduce the use of plastic to some extent. It’s very important to be responsible towards our Mother Earth. It’s not one’s problem, rather it is nation’s problem. So, one must try to reduce the use of plastic and must motivate others to reduce the usage.

1. Drinking two glasses of hot water after waking up early in the morning. This helps though though the individual but by cleaning their body inside. It also helps to lose the cholesterol in the body.
2.In our breakfast we can take sprouts, dry fruits or fruits to be fitter and healthier.
3.Instead of taking high calorie foods, we can prefer low calorie foods with which are high in vitamins and minerals. For everything there is an alternative, in the similar way we can prefer low calorie diet than high calorie diet.
4. The exercise and yoga helps the individual to be better and healthier and removes the bad cholesterol in the body and helps us in several ways which we wonder. It throws out the negative energy in body and builds the positive energy within us. It also helps yes to focus on the things and for being bright.
5. Meditating for 10 to 15 minutes per day helps the individual to calm the mind and soul. Concentrating on the breathing helps to overcome the respiratory problems. It wakes up the mind and the individual will be concentrated on the work.
6.People usually eat heavy meals at the same time. It is a destructive process in our body. An individual must eat slowly by taking very small amounts of food with respect to the time.

Firstly, we must be positive and think positive in whatever the work we are indulged. We must also gain the attention towards our failure. It is very difficult to come across the situation without the confidence. Even though we fail in the situation, we must give a try with confidence.

It is very important and useful to spare a 10 to 15 minutes on breathing exercise. It help the individual to be physically fit and mentally stable.
3. Set your goals:-
Set your goals and manage them. Take a book and write what you’re willing to do on a particular day, this helps in finishing the work in the time. The main cause of stress is not completing the work in time, so setting goals can help to prevent the stress.
4. Go for exercise:-
Try to spend at least 30 minutes on exercise. If an Individuals can spend the time of 30 minutes per day on exercise, this helps in managing the stress and also equally beneficial for a healthy and fitter life.
5. Change Your Attitude:-
Change your attitude, always try to be positive and take things in a positive manner.

Coal and petroleum are non-renewable resources, so it’s very important to conserve them.The coal and the petroleum are very useful in the daily usage.
The coal is burnt to produce electricity. The petroleum is used to run the vehicles anonymously. Without the coal and the petroleum it is difficult to manage our daily routine. Now a days they are used without any stoppage. If this continues In the same way, there will be a day where we find no coal and petroleum. They seem to be endangered now and If this continues, We can see their extinction permanently.
Once they are extinct, our daily life routine seems so tough. The man is Habituated to comforts and once if they are lost and it becomes very tough to lead the life. It is very better to preserve the things rather than wasting them. It is also equal important to bring awareness among the people who simply waste without any cause. So, we must make use of things accordingly. In order to make this not happen we must follow some precautionary measures,
1. The Cool can be conserved by using Energy-efficient bulbs.
2. We can use stairs rather than the list provided. This is also a physical exercise to our body.
3. The pressure cookers can be used to save the fuels such as kerosene ,LPG, etc.
4. Renewable gases like a LPG and CNG can be used to preserve them.
5. You can go on a bicycle to the nearest places rather than using a motorcycle or a car. This reduces the uses of petrol and also a healthy exercise.
6. Monitor the maintaining schedules accordingly.
7. We can also reduce the uses of coal and petroleum by using the renewable sources of energy like hydraulic energy etc.
Coal and petroleum are non-renewable resources, so it’s very important to conserve them. We can conserve them by the alternating methods.

The management of natural resources is very important and plays a crucial role in everyone’s life. It is very important to preserve our natural resources before their extinction.
It is very important to protect them to balance our ecosystem and also to see the destruction of our environment.. It is very easy to destroy anything but it is so difficult to build it again. The natural resources are the resources that occurred naturally and they are to be preserved for our future generations. They play a crucial role in everyone’s life. Without the natural resources it is very difficult to run one’s life. In order to use the natural resources For the future generations, we have to preserve it. Preserving doesn’t mean not using rather it means to use in limits. The individual should not look for someone else to do it instead they should do it without any problem. The individual must bring awareness among the mankind.
Now, let’s look into some of the methods to preserve the natural resources.
1. We can reduce ,reuse and recycle the natural resources.
2. Volunteer and clean up your society and also their minds.
